 wow finally the tracks will be opened!! Thanks Titusx and Sabak crew for making this happen! my GF and myself will join this for sure!! libre ba beer after the race  ;D Drink all you can daw, kaso in-between laps! ;D hahah! maybe we can have a separate category for that , Jimmy! 1 beer per lap ! ;D  wat shay yu..hic!? |

Was at the 12 hr track this morning, nice to see lots of fellow mtbiker there checking out the track. Ricky and the sabak crew were there also tweeking the course. I like the changes they did in the 1st part of course, more switchbacks and abrupt climbs but overall about the same.
Start practicing and familiarizing yourselves w/ the track the 17th is just 10 days away.

Rode this am. Sweet tracks. As expected, Guru Ricky and the Sabak crew really know their stuff.
Btw, anyone lose a red blinker? I found one this am along the tracks. Just pm me if you think it's yours (be honest, ok?)

Tyrone , Is your hair long again ? I am excited for next week , I hope I am not too laspag from my race in Subic , so that my contribution to the team will be strong . not very long chong ;D ;D... I am excited too ... And just got sms from Thomas and told me that he is excited too... good thing is, he just climb kenon road and some days later Talisay around two weeks ago... I think he is well prepared same as you... I am trying to make my hair grow ;D hope that we do good in this race |

I brought my bike at Grantrail Westgate early today and have some minor works on rear suspension done by Unio. I rode on filinvest trail (my 1st in this trail) after office hour and my body is on sweatall just after 2 complete laps. Nice trail there especially aggressive downhill in between trees. Saw some couples of bikers too in group that seems to be very familiar with the loop. |

Ey Leo, hows the tri comp in Subic? must be really cool to do that ... BTW, I think we should reserve a tent already, maybe we can share the tent with the team of Manu? watcha think? I also have a cooler which can accomodate gatorades, and other drinks, and will still have space for BEERS ;D |

Lets reserve my green chairs in the shop for our tent , I have spot lights also ( the one i lent for the 24 hr race ) . Have to get ready for the race ,my legs are laspag . |

OT: once again i'm baffled by the distinction between the "MTB Competition" thread and "Rides for Glory and Causes" and i'm sure i'm not the only one. we should put bike races where they belong, in the MTB Competion thread, and leave rides for a cause (ToF, etc) in the other one (perhaps the mods should delete "Glory"?). otherwise we always wind up with double entries for the same event.

hi king, to answer your OT concern. actually your concern has been discussed time and again that: 1. MTB Competition Section: is where we discuss strategies, preparations, etc. related to a particular competition, whereas, 2. Rides for Glory, Causes: is where we post MTB competition's scheds, etc. although, i personally understand your concern that it's a little bit confusing, that's what it was. anyways, this concern is one of the item that i'm sure will be in the agenda of the forthcoming P M T B Admin meeting (read:mamam session) ;D thanks for putting up the concern again, we'll work on this soon. and btw......belated happy birthday brad |
