I think 12 hrs race is way better than 24hrs due to more fast pace ride.

is that date sure? there are a lot of races to prepare for in dec. xrc road race in subic (dec 1), xtri in laiya (dec 8), adventure race in clark (dec 9), xc race in baguio (dec 15) and the 12 hr race. if you can confirm the details as soon as possible it will make it easier for everyone to prioritize races. lapit na yan e.

thanks lucas...yes it is 9am-9pm so the race is actually just on the 15th lang and will not reach the 16th of December.....hmmmm....unless we end up celebrating till the weee hours of the morning....hehehehe

It's that time of the year once again, when all off-road triathletes are raring to go to Batangas - because eXtri is just around the corner. This year, things will be a little bit different. Instead of the 750 meters swim, 20 kilometer off-road bike ride and the 4.5 kilometer run of the past years, the distances will be a bit stretched. Here is a bigger picture of the race : Date : 15 Dec 2007 Duration : 9am-9pm Location : Open lots between Petron Commerce Ave. and Palms country Club Length : 3-4Kms per round ( will measure exact length this week and let you know ) Categories : Team ( 3 same gender riders ) / Mixed ( 2 male + female rider or vice-versa) Individual/ Solo Category Fees : 500Pesos/rider We would like to invite ALL bike shops to the event and are offering tents (10x10) for rent to display your wares or simply just be visible in this race. 3,000pesos for the tent rental inclusive of one team entry fee. We are trying to come up with a "small party" afterwards for all participants and friends....a sort of Christmas Party for all those who love the sport....hopefully we'll have enough sponsors to cover all the expenses! Let me know if you guys need more info on something I missed...will create a new topic once all is ironed out. Thanks for your patience guys. |
