Malapit nakasi summer noh... ;Djke lang po. If you're really interested to loose weight, ask yourself 1st why  Is it for health reasons or just aesthetic purposes only  . These are two diferent reasons with two diferent needs. Personally, the best way is a strict low fat diet and cardio training. That means running, biking, swimming to get that heart pumping and a diet which does not go over or restrict my caloric needs for day-to-day activities. yung south beach step by step...tatanggalan ka ng carbs muna sa diet...dehins yung biglang bawal agad lahat...
my mga restaurant na nag oofer ng south beach meals sa menu kasi popular na...
kahit anung diet pa yan kelangan lang disiplina..

meron ako narinig very effective daw. kahit ano at gaano kadami pwede mo kainin. pero eto problema pag kakain ka chopstick gamit mo ( dehins sticks) . meaning isang pirasong stick lang within 15 minutes every meal. bawal ang kamay. ;D ;D

It's obvious kung pano mamayat Eat less/exercise more Ang mahirap is the mental part Lahat gusto mamayat with no work involved so sa una lang mag diet/exercise , then when they find out how painful/exhausting/slow it is. Wala na, give up na
everybody is lookin for a miracle diet/regimen that would make you slim the next day

Minotaur, thanks for the link..will try to make it fit before i hit the tides this summer...pang-akit sa mga beki (for you maxbuwaya:) jok lang)..hehe. Allegra, Determinasyon! yeah so many excuses not to exercise kasi..especially when i hit the sheets..para na akong naka-glue..pag day-off ko (parang katulong) i usually spend it just watching DVD and loitering round the house. I used to play Taekwondo (60 pounds ago) at school. Actually varsity player pa nga ako nun (parang dreams nalang) and I know how to split the road hard. Pero nowadays..iba na talaga if you have work...takes too much stress into your system that it bogs you down at the end of the day.  I wish I was still a bum college student! huhuhu....madami pa kasi ako buhok nun..hehe anyways thanks to biking, I get an excuse to ride my saddle, but just to the nearest chowking  mabuhay ang mga matataba!...hehe

Ako matakaw ako sa gin at mani.....................hihihihi... ;D Maganda yung "Bob Marley Diet" i lost 50 lbs in 2 yrs! ;D Ngayon na- maintain ko na weight ko at 175lbs.......  Smoke 2 joints in the morning, i smoke 2 joints at night, i smoke 2 joints in the afternoon and it makes me feel all right! ;D Smoke 2 joints before i smoke 2 joints then i smoke 2 more.. ;D Smoke 2 joints till the day i die........................... Ako rin I can't really make myself diet, ang sarap kasi kumain. Like cigi, I just avoid drinking softdrinks and all sorts of sugary drinks (powdered juices etc.) and just drink plain water everytime. I take nutrasweet with my coffee.

hmm guess I'm in same boat as you guys, since I got back I gained 3kgs already  and mga katabi ko dito sa ofc, every hour may binubunot na kung anu ano sa desk nila and lagi pa nagpapaorder in..... in 1 month ata, natikman ko na lahat ng flavor ng Yellow Cab  Oh wait brb...may naglabas ng potato chips hehehe ;D

Eat as is, just eliminate the softdrinks, instant juices, and sawsawan like patis, toyo, and bagoong. You will lose fat gradually.

Gastos ko na ata sa buong araw na pagkain yun.. heh heh I did try The South Beach Diet, it did work and I shed off a few pounds. Pero di ko kinaya ng more than a week ang Phase 1. Paano I lift weights 2 times a week and run 2 times din. Nahilo ako nang nagbebench press.. nanginig ang braso ko muntik na akong maipit ;D
