hehe! i never expected that the ride would be rough! (too much watching mtb DH vids, seeing pros glide their way on the tracks)... the first dive at b10 took my soul to the depths of the earth but i said... not now... its not yet time! ;D hehe! but seriously, i was afraid that i might fall over the ridge... countless falls and 'taob'! it hurts, but i have to undergo that... i will never learn unless i make mistakes... right??? hehe! i finished the last leg of b10 with flying colors and i keep saying to myself that 'fear is only in the mind...' honestly, of all the sport i've tried, only DH gave me that 'adrenaline rush'! can't wait to hit the trails next week!!!! ;D

@ pao congrats.... heheheh
@ extendead..... txt gerry roach... hehehe dnt worry well have coach eboy the week after...hehehe
@coiler....
1.in replacing chains how do i know how long do i cut? ........ 90 degree of pivot of rear deralleur..... hehehe 2. why do rotors warp? explain ........ rotors are brittle , they are cured to withstand extreme heat .. carbide sumthin sumthin( extendead knows alot about this actually). at high speeds and continous flexing of the hubs which carries the rotor, that when suddenly applied the mis alignment caused by the flex plus the stress loaded by the calipers will warp this......... thats why its standard to replace those things every 3 months especially when u race often... hehehehe
rocks ding steel like a steak knife on old cheese.... hehehehe broke a lot of these too.. plus the calipers with em... i dnt say the brand cuz its bad to bash and smite... oh well not all products are created equal... hehehe thats life only a diamond is forever!

never bothered to go down using my bike here... i have to live another day to conquer this baby! ;D I'm not sure really... I think. Buuut isn't this one of Tagaytay DH trail that I've encountered??? Where it follows a ladder type - single track where one wrong move gives you a chance to tumble down a huge ravine for free? Wicked trail!

@soul ..... what do they look like i might see them tomorow... hehehe... that section is after the "WHAT THE HELL IS A WAITING SHED MADE OF CONCRETE DOIN IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE? BUS STOP?" ahehehehehhe.... connect all the high area points in a straight line, with enuf speed you wont even feel your already turning left towards the next section.... hehehehehehe.... if u fall on the ravine on the right its just 15 mins up.. (SUKI AKO!).. nuthin hurt but my pride right? its all good.... ask rocketman and eboy farr hehehehe... we go up n down these sections again n again again... we crash we gut up..we do it over till we it becomes just another tricky line where entry and exit is crucial.... the 5 step ladder isnt a problem once u approach from the left side 1st step just push down and pull up(arm pump) till the rear tire hits the 4th step on landing from a low air glide then stay on the middle n just huck the 5th n last step to giv u a good entry point towards the right hand turn.... heheheh ................MEMORIZED? i live there..... hehehehehe ;D

Where it follows a ladder type - single track where one wrong move gives you a chance to tumble down a huge ravine for free? Wicked trail! I'd roll straight through the hump, brad the lines look clean with no "patong" rocks naman ...unlike the Majayjay DH racetrack careof Psyblade and D Face That majayjay track was wild with rocks popping up and ruining everybody's lines whenever a rider roughs through it. bowl -size rocks strewn all over the ruts ...that was uber fun and skeri ;D sarap My bloodiest nastiest DH trails: Majayjay, Palo Alto, Sipalay Havent been to Patiis yet (the walk is too long) but I hear its nasty Of course the CDO trails are said to be wickedest of all

........ 1 bein the nastiest and 5 bein the just nasty enuf
1. San Fernando, La Union circa 2003 bike the dust 11. (4th place semi-pro) 2. Palawan Asian DH cup 2004 ( race course by Ex-RP DH coach A. Saulo) 3. Mt. Mataba , Brgy Patiis 4. B10 , tagaytay 5. Dingalan, Baler Aurora province (Official training ground for Insane people)
That majayjay track was wild with rocks popping up and ruining everybody's lines whenever a rider roughs through it. bowl -size rocks strewn all over the ruts ...that was uber fun and skeri sarap
......... hehehe i know papi, i got whacked 3 x bad on those things but i just kept standing up.... i dunno if it was the viagra or maybe clifford stuck sumthin in my red horse...? hehehe

Hehehe! You're just tryin' to get me killed amigo! Hahaha! As for the balls... I think it's now pruned by weathering to the size of goat's dung and it's bleeeeck! ;D @ Alphabolt, 4 years ago, that wasn't there, at least I think. I made zigzag along the walk path and gnarly bumps made me bounce like rodeo (feet off pedals) and my half helmet got to my face (Oh yeah! That's where I left my balls Red!). The second time was alright... scream as loud as you can helps, Really! Hehehe! So if you hear a loud screechin' voice, just say "the wimp is here..." Hahaha!

@ Extendead
You say wish you had a Sunday frame and a Boxxer World Cup?
I do remember you mentioning that you had a sponsor named Mr. Pak Yu?
I'm sure he can afford it... If he can't then I'll refer you to a pair of potential sponsors who go by the names of Mr. Fook Mi Nao and Mr. Pushmi Pullyu.

@ rocketman
check friendster of arjuna, i think he has picture of "Jump over troubled river" ...heeheh... he just wanted to build something that would push asian DH racing to the next level... and it did! heheeh ....
@soul
No brad, i aint tryin to do such hehehe... it was just a light shedding insight on how to build a riding line which will utilize your bike's technology and a little homegrown skill. hehe
bout the goat, cow, horse and dog dung... dnt worry bout it too much , once you pick-up fast on the fire roads they dry up and fall off, dont worry bout the funny taste if u happen to swallow some while screaming... we all get our fair share of that..ahihihi...... just dnt swallow or try dissolving it in ur mouth while trying to spit it out.. you'll be fine.. relax...
...whats hard for me is going home with big wounds and bruises...they get bigger when i get beaten up at home by my love.... its a routine, dnt worry bout me.
(TRANS: KALA KO BA MAGBIBIKE LANG KAYO? EH PARA KANG NAKIPAG RUMBLE SA TONDO!) i get that everytime i go home..................sigh!
