It's so hard to quit smoking. but maybe when i start biking i'll be able to stop. hopefully... I'm a type that needs motivation to stop. I want to see myslef being left on the trail so i can push myself to do more and maybe make biking a part of my lifestyle so i can trully quit and be clean and live longer.
