don't wear flip flops while biking... this is my 3rd accident on flip flops, not really a crash but still it hurt a lot... i never learn... this happened around 630pm, coming from atc i turned left to alabang zapote road... there was a car behind me so i hurried a little... stood up then SPRAKATOOOOM! my left foot slipped from the pedal... imagine 10-15kph then suddenly braking ALA FLINTSTONES, with your feet.. anyway my feet got dragged on the ground a few feet... luckily i was able to pedal a little more then stopped by the sidewalk... it was uber painful i rested while grimacing for about 15 mins, i think i sprained my left big toe... LESSON LEARNED: wear shoes even on short rides/errands the classic, the original foot brake brad, or foot break.

I learned two things last weekend:
1. Even if you drop off huge ladder bridges, you could still eat it on a 3-foot boulder ledge.
2. Bare skinnies are always slippery when wet & can hurt your butt when your back tire slips off.
;D ;D ;D
