What did you say about T-theraphy ???What we learn from a crash? Not to do it again. ;D Crash happens most of the time on downhill. On off-road downhill, if it is steep and you're not comfortable just walk it. Walking is another option besides crashing.

one more thing... that the crash does not hurt. that brief instant of hitting the ground does not hurt. and sometimes, at first, you get no wounds... then after a while you see blood, then it all hurts a lot
hate paved roads... be undeterred by rain and mud... swear not to put rim-brakes, skinny tires and slicks... let go of the brakes a little too much... crash once in a while...
