Question: Why are you scared of rejection?
Answer: Because it hurts, big time.
Question: Why are you scared of faceplant (endo) when falling off a bike?
Answer: Because it hurts, big time.
Question: Do you quit riding a bike because you're scared?
Answer:
The way you sent roses is soooo passe! Old school! Wrong approach!
If I were a director and you told me your storyline earlier, I would have shouted: "Cut!" Le's redo the script!
Whenever somebody says: "Let's just be friends", it means you're coming on too strong like a raging bull, and nobody likes that.
If a woman starts rubbing herself on me, I wouldn't like that either.
But if she starts making sandwiches for me, I might start thinking:
"Gee, this is the girl I've been waiting for all my life, she's like my mom!"
So, your goal is not to make your feelings known to her,
rather, you goal is to make her feelings known to you!
You do that by treating EVERYBODY special,
and see if she's acting a little different in return!
The only time you can do something bold is when you know she's psychologically ready for it!
I dont know why i always expect. Anyway im not in a hurry right now to wait for ms. right, im just curious as well if there are bikers also who experiences the same scenario. I hope you guys understand my story.
You're probably excited all the time because it's a new thing for you (like a virgin
).
I'm sure there are many virgin guys here (maybe 10 years ago) ;D.
But you see, if you have successfully achieved your goals, confidence sets in.
That confidence changes you, and people can feel it when you exude confidence.
Confidence is sexy. Why does Allegra and Enzo sound sexy in the forums?
Their smileys and our smileys look the same, but theirs just sort of exude confidence.
That comes with age. They're mature, and we? We've only just begun! ;D
Plugging my song please So my advice is for you to work on confidence.
You do that by taking small challenges first.
Start dating a girl who is a best friend or something.
Somebody who's comfortable with you.
That somebody might be your mom, or your older sister.
Learn to listen and understand what women want.
Understand what makes women tick.
Get some tips from them.
As you progress with your confidence,
you will realize that you're developing quick thinking.
This is important when you're dating 2 or more girls at one time.
This becomes tricky on ocassions like Valentine's Day.
Lemme share a tip: What I did on Valentine's Day when I was in College.
I bought roses on Valentine's eve.
It's mighty expensive, so you would like to choose carefully whom you give it to.
In my case, I gave it to the only girl who matters most to me, my mom (rest her soul, I miss her <sniff>).
I would bring her to an expensive restaurant and we would have a great time trying out gourmet dishes.
The day after valentine's day is Feb.15.
Now this is a secret I like to share (in case you didn't know) what happens after V-day...
All the roses are dirt cheap! What you get for a stick of rose on Feb.14, you get a dozen or more on Feb.15!
What do I do? I buy 2 dozens on Feb.15.
I give out 1 rose to each of my female classmates, including those girls I don't know in the higher years.
Do I have to tell you that the sexiest (and brightest) girl in the Student Council
that the whole College were dreaming about became my girl?
Btw, that girl and I were classmates and we were freshmen (1st year in College).
I edged out all the seniors and juniors in school who had cars.
Did I tell you that I was a working student with 1 peso in my pocket?
(1 peso affords me 1 ride, either I take a bus to school and walk home
or walk to school and take a bus home).
On our first date, I brought the girl to Century Park Sheraton.
The one opposite Harrison Plaza.
Did I have the money for a dinner date? Hell no!
We went inside the delicatessen and bought a slice of cake.
Can't remember how much it cost but that date cost me more than a month's savings.
P1 a day was my budget, remember?
A slice of cake we ate it on the sidewalk, with 2 bottles of coke bought on the street.
Did we finish the slice of cake?
Not only did we share it, we didn't finish it.
A street child (maybe 8) came over and watched us,
so I told the girl we might as well share the cake with him.
Do you get what I'm trying to tell you?
In a nutshell:
It is more effective to put food in your hand and dip it in the aquarium than use a net a try to catch a fish.
(Hwag mo biglain) Do not force things to happen. Let nature takes its course.
It pays to be a gentleman. Be gentle! Be a man!
Hi Enzo! Hi Allegra!
Did I do alright?
