dehins naman issue ang brand basta dependable and durable okey na.

San mo gagamitin na setup Les? XC? Trail? Pasyal pasyal lang? Bili ng suka sa tindahan or pagupit? (joke lang) anong klase riding ba ginagawa mo? Mainly pavement ba? Check out Marzoochi MZ Comp...last I heard 5.5K MX Comp....8.5K MX Pro ... 10.5K bias sa marzoochi noh? hehehe

Mga brad, MZ-Comp is around 4.7K lang sa King's Bike (unless nagtaas na) Leslie, you also check out Manitou Axel. Less than 5k lang yun sa Quiapo pag tumawad ka siguro. Meron din Manitou Luxe kung leisure riding or trek sa tindahan lang (mga around 3-3.5k 'to) But since ang budget mo is up to 10k aba eh gandahan mo na tol! If you're into XC, madami ka na choices: from EXRs to MX Comps. Kung free ride naman ang trip mo meron din naman like the Marzocchi Drop-off (a shade below 11k), RST Alfalfa (7-8K?), DNM if you wish. Know what your riding preference is brad But Marzocchi is the da bomb(er)!

If you want to keep it below 5K, you better have good medical insurance company to back you up. Yes MX Comp/Pro and MZ are from Marzoochi and also the EXR. Though this company is more leaning on the Freeride/Dh kits but MZ Comp is not rated for this. MX Comp with long travel might suit you. Allegra I guess is using one, I read somewhere that he vouch for this fork considering his a tall biker and his playground (Makiling) .

Try the new Suntour fork yung condor (150 mm ang travel with remote lock out)if it available nasa market dito. meron ding bago ang suntour yung dehins sticker and tatak, naka embossed siya, puro alloy pati stanchion) ang gaan, 3500++ tanong ka sa trend cycle sa Quiapo. makipagtawaran ka. pag umaga kabubukas lang maganda makipagtawaran. Mabait yung me ari na tsinoy.

tataw, xc forks usually mga 3" travel ok na, but 4" allows you to play a bit more sa downhill runs. then again, pag hard-tail bike mo, it takes some getting used to if you put on more than 4" of travel. personally, i don't feel balanced on my XTC hardtail with a 5" fork dedicated downhillers go for 6" and upwards(!) but those are very serious forks, heavy and expensive!

Thanks, bikers, Ill pool my resources for a fork with 4 travel. Mine's a hardtail, nabili ko ang frame for 1500 sa quiapo. me sticker na giant, kulay pula. Kinabitan ko ng 2.35 Maxxis DH2 Maxxpro 6a na gulong. Pag nagawi kayo ng bandang San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan (Harmony Hills) o kaya muzon at me nakitang kayong payatot na nakasakay sa red bike na giant (daw), ako yun. Batiin nyo naman ako ha. Wala pa akong grupo eh. Saan nga pala me nga suntour components dito sa atin. maganda daw kasi ang disk brake nila. naaadjust. kaya di masyadong problema. gusto kong subukan.

guys, magkano rockshox judy tt ngaun?? New Judys cost not more than 5K i think. I've seen them in at least two stores in Quiapo, 4-4.5K ata. There's also one at this small Chinese-owned bike shop in Roosevelt at the same price more or less. Sa Paulina's there's an old Judy for 3.5k pero threaded pa 'to and may fork boots pa

BIKEHEAD, If your budget is 10 K,I would go for MARZOCCHI DIRT JUMPER 3 (PHP 8,500) in terms of durability and travel. Though it only offers single crown, it's durable enough for moderate downhill and a claimed travel of 5 inches(though not enough for full time downhill)

BIKE HEAD- I discovered another alternative fork for you It's RST ALFALFA single crown, I'm not sure whats the exact size of the stanchion tubes but definitely it's larger than DJ3(32 mm), claimed travel range is 4-6(adjustable) inches and thru axle. Asking price is Php 9,800 red lang ang nakita kong color sa PUALINA'S, Cartimar. Mapgkakamalan kang naka-double crown when installed because the height of the fork is high and it's really beefy.
