I may include 7 and 8 on the list
1) Jersey, shorts 2) chains 3) frame 4) fork 5) drivetrain 6) helmet 7) brake and gear cables 8) bearings
Nice question here anthrax. What I do to my worn parts is to give it to some bakal boys in our place.

i just leave them outside the house (or the gate).... after day or sometimes less than hour... wala na!!!! ;D magic! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D i usually do this most especially when we have already lots of powdered milk cans at home. i leave them outside before i go to bed and when i wake up next morning... voila!.. it's all gone. believe it or not, i collect plastic bottles/containers as well as cartons and i sell them at a junk shop which is 500 meters from my place. i don't get that much. average of P50 usually. i mean, i ain't after the price but at least i did my part in saving bikers' haven--earth. for bike parts, if it's still usable, i give it to bystanders at a local bike shop here. you can get a smile from a fellow biker... now, that's a smile from a trash.
