My father's bike stolen last Tuesday, March 25 morning.... i139.photobucket.com/albums/q315/pong_ersop/stolen.jpgIt's a pity, this is his 4th mtb bike stolen...last bike was snatched from him last November '07.... If you are within the vicinity and spotted this bike please text me 09278521946.... malaking utang na loob naming tatanawin. My pap is 68 years old and still very active in biking, so you can imagine how this affects him right now... unique part is the bike lock at the rear wheel (encircled). I think this is not common here so mas madaling ma-identify...

Thanks for your concerns bros... 'really outraged with this, very frustrating na sa akin lalo na sa kanya...
Sorry for the confusion... 4th bike was stolen, dawn last tueday around 3am. the thief/thieves entered the house by opening the front gate and took the bike in the garage. 'picture is shown here.
3rd bike was snatched from him just after getting off the bike... he was just asking a sidewalk vendor in binan market when this guy snatched the bike off from him.
2nd is a few months earlier (than the 3rd), taken while parked in front of the house - NOONtime!
1st bike, similar to 2nd...
it pisses me off specially because the 2nd and 3rd bike all came from me as a gift.... and this 4th one is just a few months old (practically new!), also a gift this time from my sister.... grrr!!!
salamat ulit! sana nga ma-locate namin... kakaawa si erpat, di kumikibo..according to my mom, medyo nahihiya rin daw at talagang nahihinayang... adik din talaga sa bike yun and ngayon lang kami actually nagkakasama sa ride (with my 2 older brothers too), tapos nawala agad

Was just wondering why not park the bike inside the house and not just in garage? What I do to my bike is park it inside the house then lock it. I'm actually thinking of putting it inside my room, I just need additional space or perhaps hang it somewhere in my room ;D

Even if it's inside the garage but could be seen from outside, thieves would find a way to steal it. Best solution is to lock it up inside a storage room or in the house.
