if you had posted this matter to inform, that's well and good. but if it is to present an accusation (the way i see it) then.... it's one thing to inform, it's another thing to "ACCUSE" (see red prints in bold below) anyways, if we can present concrete evidence of what we say, then a lot of P M T B peepz, savers, to mention one i'm sure can take proper action. if not, please save our accusations. people.... let's be responsible with our posting, this is a forum read by a thousand or so members. responsiblity should be a rule of thumb. should have posted this thread on the stolen bike section, there is possibility, altho those people are engage in buying and selling used bikes they nevertheless encouraging, tho indirectly, stealing bikes. guys im not saying that those i saw this morning are fence, pero may possibility di ba? never really meant to accuse anyone, in fact i have given all the benefit of the doubt to the trader, i have not asked where he got his wares because i know asking may offend him.
it was only when im reading in the stolen bike section that this maybe a good subject here. theres a comment that there maybe a syndicate going around stealing bikes especially high ends because of their resale value. the post suspects that there was a pattern so ive only shared my thoughts for the purpose of supplying a lead to check out. it was an observation, not an accusation. bikes are being stolen, owners suffer and i believe posting it here for everyone to be aware of is a contribution i can make, albeit small. i also read about a post in the stolen bike section about not patronizing stores that sells stolen bikes or parts, so i am also posting my own observation althought what i am trying to drive at is that there is a possibility. if there is a syndicate stealing bikes they may use this kind of approach to dispose off stolen chop chop parts.
yes sir, im posting it here because of my sense of responsibility. i believe im responsible enough that is why i am sharing this observation of mine.

i agree we u we must be all responsible bikers even we see some suspicious people that are selling bike parts we must be aware of it if we buy those things they will never stop stealing bikes so its better 4 us to buy to the people that we know. we must be vigilant

I spin and make tambay regularly at Neopolitan loop. In fact I am member of Neopolitan Biking club composed of lawyers, government and civil service and military and lespu officials, executives, doctors, accountants, engineers, businessmen, retirees, clergy, etc etc. Please don't be alarmed. Neopolitan Biking Club controls biking activities at Neo Loop. We know exactly what is going on and we know these sellers. Bicycle parts, bits, and pieces being peddled are mostly road bike used items that construcion workers buy and our blue collar brothers are interested in. None of mountain biking parts we at PinoyMTBiker buy and sell. And if MTB parts happen to be for sale, it sticks out like a sore thumb because Neo Bikers are mostly roadies. There are few of us PinoyMTBikers who eat sopas there the likes of Ghorio, Arci, Aris, Hance, Noway, and our ever outspoken Sopas Boyz. We are vigilant and on the lookout for chop chop parts more so if reported in our stolen section. Hope this helps.
