Bike friendly route from Paranaque to Marikina

Hello to all PinoyMTBiker peepz. ;D
Does anyone know a good route from Paranaque to Marikina? It doesn't have to be the shortest route but would have to be a safe and biker friendly one. Me and my friend are planning to ride there next week to visit boyetworks, just need some work done with my bashguard and also curious about Marikina's bike lane. We appreciate any input from you guys. Thanks in advance and ride safe!

if you can get to c5 from paranaque that's the best way. from the end of c5 (qc side) take the road going down to riverbanks (as opposed to the overpass to katipunan). marikina is bike friendly from there.

same with sir King, C-5 would be your fastest route. it's even better on weekends because there are less vehicles. if you don't like that route...lemme see, it will be longer by up to 3 -4 km.

use the service road until you hit Pasong Tamo extension. Continue riding. Turn right at kalayaan, turn left at Makati ave. Climb makati-mandaluyong bridge.

from that point, look at the route posted by Hyperion the the LIBIS to SIKATUNA route.

When you hit aurora blvd, just pedal towards marikina
