Establishment: Circle C Mall
Location: Congressional Ave., anext Cherry Foodarama
To many of those who didn't know, this mall is popular due to its cheaper than Greenhills' tiangge buys and its proximity with Cherry's Foodarama.
I'm a regular customer of the said mall and I like parking my bike at the basement where they provide us with a big drainage pipe to chain our bike onto securely.
That was until yesterday that they revoked my access of the basement parking.
I asked the guards why is it so they ban bikes now, but the guards at basement could only shrug their shoulders and asked me to just park outside. But at the mall front, there aren't any racks or even railings to chain my bike up. One guard even tell me to just leave my bike with the motorcycles outside at "ipabantay nalang," which obviously risen to a lengthy conversation with them.
I spoke with a certain sentry in the name of Lloyd Calbario and tells me such story:
They WERE bike friendly until last week when an incident involving a bicycle dude occured at the basement. The dude biker slammed on a car upon exitting and so management refused bicycle parking from that day on. Although of course, they control the gates! The point of an isolated case shouldn't be dealt with such banning of bicycles.
So I was asking them whom I could talk to in resolving this case since I'm a regular customer of the establishment and revoking bicycle parking surely looks like revoking customers' rights shopping in their mall. A customer is a always a customer.
Lloyd could only tell me "confidential po kasi, sir" after so many attempts of me negotiating.
This post ain't a rant, but a call to people who may know people whom we could talk to much like what we do with Ayala Malls and other establishments.
If you may know management or any people of authority with the establishment, please post up or PM me.
So far I informed sir Boy Siojo about the incident and we're on research.
Wish this case is only temporary.
