Christmas is around the corner and the New Year is fast approaching.
We improve ourselves by writing down our short term goals and long term goals and following through.
What's on your list, folks?

Here's mine:
1. Bring my bike out to see the sunshine once in a while, at least weekly...
2. Learn a different language or 2 or 3...

Due to broken collarbone immobilization, I weigh now at 180lbs from pre-endo of 165lbs.
My new year's resolution is to trim down to 165lbs again by Feb 14 to mid March.
I will achieve this by eating right.
I will alternate doing brisk walking 30-45 minutes on Monday, jogging for 3 miles on Wednesday, and mtbiking trails for 40 kms on Friday or Saturday.
Once I am down to 165lbs again, only then will I be able to join and keep up with you on our group rides.
