In the spirit of Xmas, I'm composing (spoofing) a Xmas song.
Dedicated to all the wonderful PinoyMTBiker peeps!

Since I'm not familiar with Adobe Premiere,
nor do I have the time to learn it before Xmas,
a video MTV won't be in the offering.

Instead, I will make a slideshow, using pictures and captions,
hopefully capturing the essence of what our community is all about just the same.

In lieu of this ambitious project, I will be needing the cooperation of everybody to help out with my 2nd single.

Btw, please check out my 1st single.

All of you are special, but some people are crazier and wackier than others,
and the wacky ones are always in my mind.
So they happened to be in my song.

P.S. I need the unique, wackiest pics you can come up with, 300dpi, sharp focus, sized around 4in by 6in.

Tofi's drag photo is a good example, don't use the cellphone cam, use a real camera. Tofi, please do another dress rehearsal, please please... if you dare or don't!

Those who need a studio shoot can get in touch with me and we'll schedule a photo opportunity.

The shoot for the PinoyMTBiker album project will be free of charge.

However, an affordable family photo package will be available upon request if you so desire!

P.P.S. I will be burning the slideshow to a DVD.

If you have any suggestions please let me know,
like would you like to include the photos of the rides this year?
like the Kandila ride, 24 hour race, Sta.Rosa ride, etc.

Also would you like to include files like notes or e-books or what...
like, can somebody compile the jokes section into a pdf file or word file or something?

Please own up something you can do and contribute.
Credit will be given where credit is due.

If anybody is into arts or poetry and would like to include it in the DVD, please let me know.

If anybody composed a song, and would like to include it in the album, please let me know. I'm negotiable...

P.P.S. Please start saving up for the DVD, it will cost something like P50 each for the PinoyMTBiker members, maybe P55 if we retail it.
Profits will go to the Peanuts foundation Inc of PinoyMTBiker, or Lamien restaurant, I think...

I'll be needing somebody to help me design the cover page of the DVD, anybody with ideas please get in touch with me.

Credits should be given where credit is due,
so please send me a note informing me if a particular set of photos was taken by photographer who?

P.P.P.S. Those who cannot afford the P50 damage can always borrow and burn a pirated version anyway.
So don't worry about not getting a copy either way!

Let's just hope we can pull this off before Xmas this year!

A good day for shooting is a moisture-less, sunny day.
Any Sunday will do.
I'll skip my Sunday morning ride anytime you like to have a photoshoot.

Or we can have a photoshoot EB when each of you have finalized a concept.
Paging all the artists/photogs in PinoyMTBiker, bring your cameras and creativity
(alienscream/nhan/whoopie/many others you know who you are),
help me out here, can't do this alone.
The more the merrier.

Our shoot location can be anywhere in UP or where ever you like.
(do we need to secure license-to-shoot permits to show the guards?)

The shot of Arnel ala Jordan is very nice.
let's try this shot again, this time bigger eyes, longer tongue,
airborne (higher), split legs, more lighting.

If century rides uphill is a challenge,
wait till you try posing and modelling.
Be ready for 500 takes by the way, Arnel!
Drink Sustagen or Ensure the week before! ;D

We also need makeup artists!!!
