From my experience its about the same. With no change in diet. I ate a lot still. ;D ;D WOW, Hanep (trans= a kind of insect) are you not eating anymore? You're doing great.

Actually, I stopped eating rice and bread Puro gulay and karne and liquids( umay ka kaagad ) and a 10k 3x a week So far, wala pa naman flu

darn.. I gained weight again.. been back to my weight training and I noticed I gained weight again. My dillemma is I want to bike, run, swim, and lift weights. but I don't have the "right" strategy and sched. I'm confused when to do this or that. Got any suggestions?

My dillemma is I want to bike, run, swim, and lift weights. but I don't have the "right" strategy and sched. I'm confused when to do this or that. Got any suggestions? baka naman yung weight gain mo is muscle the best time to run or ride is just vefore breakfast ako mwf - run , twthfrisat - swim, sat - ride, sun - swim, ride, run pahinga pag mejo burntout or when i get sick which is every month na ata I dont lift weights anymore wala na energy

Well maybe I can go to office late na lang at least once a week just to get a swim. They say that you are getting too much exercise when you get sick ( like colds ). So I try not to overdo it. Bawal magkasakit, tatlong kahig isang tuka lang kami (translation: Sickness is a no no, cause I am poorer than a chicken ;D) BTW.. you have this ChiRunning DVD or book already? Looks interesting.

Havin problems with the pools here too Baker nalang avalable, so we share with the varsity Kaso there are so many of us in one lane, paikotikot nalang kami clockwise Kung weight loss lang, running is the best Yup, kadadating lang ng book and DVd Pero you can learn a lot from the site itself

If you're looking for a pool near ULTRA, there's one right next to the rizal racket club, its inside the capitolyo thinggy where the rotonda is.. im not sure what its called..but anyways its right across ultra if you use the back gate so its really near, and its a 25m pool thats open everyday 6AM til 9PM and costs 70pesos. ULTRA is cheaper and bigger...but if you wanna swim earlier and later then this pool is good... There's also a pool in Lourdes School which is also near Ultra - its a 25m pool but i dont know if its open to the public or whatever....

thanks Ma'am Jade. I'll think I'll come a little late sa work. ok lang naman.. heh heh.. Been to both pools (Rizal & Lourdes) long ago. It's quite small i think.

hi coolangot yeah its pretty small but still good for laps... and ultra is closed on mondays...
allegra..not really practicing i just used to swim a lot back in the day hehehe
