broken heart..cant forget?

im pretty sure most of you had your hearts broken at one point in time..

I was just wondering if you also have someone special in the past that keeps dropping into your mind..someone you cant seem to forget..even if you already have someone with you right now..or worse your already married even if that person has hurt you so bad you still choose/cant stop yourself of thingking about him/her

or is it hard to admit kasi the one your with is a member of this board ;D

as a matter of fact, i can't seem to forget her...all because we are still friends, kept seeing her and we have communication as well. it still hurts and all because i still let myself to be hurt...

just an update, she chose her ex over me... and i'm her shoulder to cry on.... d@mn! am i a martyr or what!!!!!

my story is different, she left me for someone else..
i try to be there for her pero i still shield myself from the possibility of getting hurt so i keep distance..pero given the chance she needs me i run with arms wide open..

hey i've been to a personal crisis about 5 years ago!!!!! been really through hell!!!! then my brother told me to take up biking again which i did!!!! look at me now no worries living life!!!!! ride lang ng ride!!!!!!

kaya ive come to love biking more than ever..even when i fall and bleed of wounds i ask myself right there and then if it hurts more than what i felt before when i lost her..but to date my answer is still NO..

maybe kelangan magkabalibali yung body ko before i learn ;D

Hello Respectus hehe ... I can relate to the topic because I was once in a similar situation, about 5 or 6 years ago. My gf left me for another guy, it was very difficult because I found out they were going out even before we broke up (nakita ko pa). Sa sobrang depression nagpatingin pa ako sa doctor, just so I could get prescription for sleeping pills.

Anyway, my friends who understood told me it would only take a couple of months to recover... I thought they were undermining my problem.. but they were right. You just have to give yourself time to mourn your loss... then pick yourself up and get back to business. Dont make the mistake of suppressing your emotions, you might go crazy ;D

You cant forget strong emotions like these, maybe even in your lifetime. I've been married for more than 2 years now and have a wonderful baby. And I still remember every scene from that episode of my life... but now I remember with a smile because I know my life turned out better because of that.

In fact, I should even thank her because now I have the most wonderful wife and son in the world
