Dear Urbanathlete, On November 18, 2007, the first annual Men's Health Urbanathlon™ will hit the streets of Bonifacio Global City. This is your playground! Watch highlight footage from last year’s Men’s Health Urbanathlon™ & Festival in New York City: <http://www.menshealth.com.ph/urbanathlon/images/urbangeneralsizzle.mov> The Men's Health Urbanathlon and Festival is a city-based, multi-disciplinary race that will have men and women running and scrambling through urban obstacles. By incorporating urban landmarks, this one-of-a-kind event will bring out the (urban) warrior from each competitor! After the dust has settled, unwind and relax at the URBANATHLON Festival and celebrate the Men's Health lifestyle! It's all about good food, good music, good company and tons of useful stuff to demo, sample and take home. THE PRIZE: Aside from cash prizes for category winners, we’re sending the overall winner to participate in the San Francisco Urbanathlon on April 2008. Go to <http://www.menshealth.com.ph/urbanathlon/index.html> for more details.

Thank you to everyone who came and kicked %^#(I mean conquered) this morning at The Fort for the 1st Men's Health Urbanathlon. Just by showing up, you showed you are all true MH Urbanathletes! Congratulations to all the winners - that means not just those who brought home medals and prizes, but for all those who finished, cheered, and celebrated with us. But our work is hardly ever finished. For as soon as we fired the starting pistol, plans are underway for next year's Urbanathlon! As such, we'd welcome any feedback and comments about the event. You can email me directly at: agu@menshealth.com.ph . Do include your PinoyMTBiker nick We want next year's Men's Health Urbanathlon to build on today's successes (and make up for its shortcomings). That said, see you next year not just in the Men's Health Urbanathlon, but in the Men's Health All-Terrain Race as well! Congratulations to all the Urbanathletes!

Thank you Men's Health for a well organised race! It was my first running race and I did enjoy it.
PMTBikers who I saw marshalling: Brusko, Edmund, and King. I also saw Agu (of course) and JM.

i thought there would be a festival after the race. but it was just a plain race.. no festival at all as described in the men's health website. anyway, the race was ok, but it wasnt as hard as we expected.. especially the "wall" and the crawl and the jump over the pickup and the mini hurdles. it was fun, but it wasnt worth the reg fee. =) i hope next year will be better.
also, no singlet!
