Probably the UNKNOWN long term effects of steriods.
Most wrestlers, body-builders will deny to death on the use of steriods.
Even HUlk Hogan denies strongly on using steriods before even if his coach/trainer/mentor has declared before.
Whats th fun in using performance enhancing drugs.... you don´t only cheat others but yourself as well.

Here are some wrestler who died very very young ( claimed that they abuse the use of steroids and other kinda such drugs ) Rick Rude, one the perfect body there in WWE, he's forty British Bulldog Davey Smith, 38 like eddie Curt Hennig aka Mr. Perfect Briian Pillman, 35 They got the Best Bodies but for a very very short time, when you turn to body building, take it the natural way. But as of now, Eddie's death still a mystery, always telling us unknown.

And new discovery na, even egg yolk is not bad, it contains Lecithin that lowers cholesterol, just don't fried it, soft boiled only. Now, egg yolk fear is just a myth.

BOdy Building, alternate to steroids, egg white, 12 egg whites, 3 times a week. 12 egg whites is correct if... you're 120lbs bec 120/10 = 12. 3 times a week meaning: 12 egg whites after each workout, if you workout 3 times a week. So... for those who work out 5 times a week, at 150 lbs.... the formula is 150/10 = 15 egg whites per training day multiply that with 5 training days gives you 75 egg whites a week. The formula is simply a computation of how much protein you need as a bodybuilder. You do not want to work your arse off in the gym only to deny your body the proper protein required to rebuild the damaged muscles subjected from the workout. Remember, you have 24 hours after workouts to replenish your protein requirements. After that, your muscles starve and no growth will occur. My 2 cents

Ampao is catpao with nothing inside. Meaning a person may look good, but he is not healthy. Ampao is an appropriate term in this case. So... Korek ka dyan! (You are correct!)

Probably the UNKNOWN long term effects of steriods. I respect Eddie Guerrero because he is one hell of a wrestler, artist, family man. and also a Christian to his fellow wrestlers. Most wrestlers, body-builders will deny to death on the use of steriods. Even HUlk Hogan denies strongly on using steriods before even if his coach/trainer/mentor has declared before. Whats th fun in using performance enhancing drugs.... you don´t only cheat others but yourself as well. well they can lie as long as they want to... but the fact is...to be seen by our naked eye... A friend of mine who's into pumping weight says... those kind of muscles could be very difficult to sculp... it is so defined...in a local term...galit na galit ang mga muscles which my friend said is a not an easy thing...the most posible way is to use steroids... I guess so... why are there people who are really bulk who died or suffer from liver problems and sudden heart attacks... steroids are not regulated in the WWE because it is a show and not merely a sport...

True story...ain't a joke...
