yup they are called moto trials bikes.
and yes they are available here - not brand new though. those bikes are popular in la union, especially to weekend trail moto-x riders. they sell for around 20 to 40K. they(La Union riders) have a supplier(middle man actually) who gets it from a direct importer of used motorcycles. will post pics of some when I get back to L.U.
