You'd be much better off checking the very informative reviews on the Sinski BB/Tornado in motorcyclephilippines.com. Here's what I've gathered so far: -Sinski BB (150cc) and Tornado (125cc, no longer produced) is probably among, if not the best China manufactured scooter compared to Euromotor, Jonway, Motorstar and a host of others. - With good upgrades (shock, tires, hi-tensile bolts and some engine mod) it could dance with the Kymco Dink or Sym Shark and the likes - Fuel efficient (anywhere between 25-35 km/l) - There are very few "lemon" units dito. Typical problems you'd likely encounter is poor performing rear shock and weak muffler bolts which are easily upgradeable naman - If you regularly maintain it (oil change, tune-ups) it'd give you very little headache - You can really dress it up - Costs around 53-55k brand new Buy it you have the means brad. For what it's worth I also think its the most macho looking maxi-scooter around hehe

about the rear brake (forgot to mention it's also one of the unit's weaker links, thanks for pointing that out) the Sinski's stockset is drumbrakes ata. this can be upgraded to disc brakes but it's quite expensive so many riders resort to upgrading their brake pads (Ferodo(?) is popular) or brake bonding and re-bonding instead.
The Bigboy is also big and long enough to accomodate your entire family (wife plus three small kids... i know isa pa lang yan but still...hehe)

wait...i don't advocate backriding (or frontriding) small kids in any motorbike or scooter esp in major roads and highways, and without gear ha? unless it's just a 20kph stroll inside the village. just so you'll visualize and appreciate it better
