Anybody have any personal experience (as in you own one) using the KHAOS gadget?
I'm planning to get one for my 1998 starex (gas, 'matic) and I want to know if:
1. Does it really save gas? What was your consumption before and after?
2. Does it add power?
3. Where did you get it? How much?
4. Any installation issues?
Thanks. Any feedback would be appreciated.

yeah i'm curious also. problem is, this thing only works for Gas engines right? And I estimate if this thing costs around 6k, then it better save me about 20% in fuel consumption to be cost effective

Don't Buy It!!! It's not effective...
I have a KHAOS installed in my car but, when it was new it had a minimal effect like it was like only psychological...
a few weeks later back to it's normal fuel consumption...

hope they just start bringing in hybrid models here. I think those things get you around 20km/liter, and you don't need to charge the battery like pure electric cars. Just fill it up like a normal gas-powered vechicle

www.motorcycleasia.com/forums/printthread.php?t=5875&page=2&pp=40hope this helps. another thing, i heard sometime ago that this gadget causes a chemical change on our emissions. for the better or worse, i can't say. they haven't done any tests with regard to that issue. point taken though with regard to the issue on the amount of emissions per se- decreased emission. if you open up the tube, its nothing but "scotch brite" material. can't say its worth much (6k?). maybe its coz of the novelty, even utility of the product. but if i were you, i'd do my number crunching first. mi dos centimos padre!

Just fill it up like a normal gas-powered vechicle Pards, the isuzu crosswind can do 20km per liter Lalo siguro if you change to smaller tires

talaga? ok yan ah! I'm getting only 10km/liter on my pick-up. Hmmm, so maybe those hybrids can probably do more if that's the case . . .

anyone did a blind test on these device? I saw a booth in Robinsons and all they have are user testimonials as proof.. no scientific basis/testing

My brother got a free one from the owner and inventor of Khaos. we tested in on his old '89 Lancer and it worked better with it. Nagiba talaga iyong andar when they installed it. - tumining iyong tunog ng makina.
Reading your previous posts, baka nga it works only for some cars lalo na pag iyong mga luma and inefficient na. But for newer and top condition expensive cars like expedition and vitara baka dehins nga halata or even baka walang Efek kasi computerized na iyong mga engine niyan.
Personally, dehins ako bibili. Pang-upgrade ko na lang sa bike iyon money. Tipid na lang ako gas by not driving fast and by planning my trips.

if the car you're going to install it on is carburated i believe it's ok. it's not advisable for newers cars with airflow sensors though. a good alternative would be installing a K&N filter. Cheaper than a Khaos and it's effective. I installed a K&N filter on my 2005 Ford Lynx and the engine idled smoother and my fuel economy improved.

Khaos is effective no doubt about it, kaso, their price is too much! P6,500.00 is too much for a piece of tube, few hose, and retaso of scotch brite.

Actually guys I have a better alternative..
Compared to the known "KHAOS" device my new found product has a way to fine tune the airflow intake so that it can be tailor design to the engines needs. Reason why KHAOS was not that effective to some models is because when you use it, It can only be on or off-- yes or no--- 1 or 0... This new product can accomodate carb or EFI...... GAS or DIESEL...
PM me for details...

A device named UniQ costing around 2,700K, has the same principle of Khaos, has 10 day trial period, so TEST it, then sauli if not convinced.
