have you guys try Dura-ACE. 10 speed system on a hybrid?
the set up will be like this:
frame: Jamis Cross Country 1.0 fork: rigid aluminum (threadless of course) head set: Tange TG-4 threadless, 1 1/8" seat post: Thomson Elite (oversize of course) QR clamp stem: Thomson Elite X4 26.0 stem handle bar: flat aluminum handle bar (any brand will do)
Drives: shifter: Shimano Rapid Fire SL-R770 10 speed shifter set for Double chainring brake lever: BL-R770 derailleur (front): XTR FD-M971 derailleur (Rear): Dura-Ace RD-7800 SS cog set: Dura-Ace CS-7800 10 speed cogs chain ring crank set: Dura-Ace FC-7800 Double chain: CN-7801 10 speed Chain
wheel sets: rim: mavic 221 26" rim for 36 spokes 2 pcs. spokes: Stainless w/ butt 72 pcs. hub front: HB-7800 rear free hub: FH-7801 rim tape: panaracer 26" tube: Maxxis 26" x 1 Tire: Maxxis Detonatator 26" x 1 brakes: BR-M970 V-Brakes brake cable: Shimano shift cable: Shimano saddle: Velo Plush with fart hole ;D
If you are not satisfied with that kind of set up, you might as well try it on the road.
this is an Xtremely Xpensive urban bike. ;D
