Did you stay with vees konablack? Im going for vees but for the rear only. Regarding your question, a bit of a rise is fine but those long stem with quite some rise are for mods (20" frames). Do you want to ride tomorrow? Practice tayo, better near my house (i have some platforms now, they are actually cabinets for the store but for the meantime they are for biking hehe) BTW Are you running single speed now? You should have gotten those SORA casette and RD. Cheap and light, excellent for trials. I'm using v-brakes now, my setup is kinda like a single speed except that I have a RD and a 9-speed cogset. How much is the SORA cog and RD, the xc cog that I have was given to me, so I was not able to buy a road type cogset...and the RD was the TOURNEY, it's big!!! My current setup is 22 t in the front and 15 or 18 t in the rear... What time would you ride tomm? Im still thingking if i would ride or not, still busy in the house... Can you pedalhop now in the platform? Man, i think you're so good right now hehehe
