Is that a 36 up front, Peachy (forever) ? looks tall enough but looks a bit thin for a 36
a 150mm TALAS ?
Im thoroughly blown by the similarity of the heckler and the bullit that I cant tell the dimensions of the accessories anymore

not a 36... not even a 20mm axle. float 32 maybe. funny how we're going back to the flat bars.

pazigrider: i'm surprised, you like to try dh too? ;D ;D from my understanding, the '06 heckler model can be set up for XC, AM & FR use. i'm just not sure now if this is still true for the '07 model anyway, i'd like to have one and set it up for AM use only

looking beyond the marketing BS and looking directly at the bike, it's AM use, a category i will never understand until i try.
pardon an old fart who still thinks rigs run best only one way, it either goes up (xc) or down (dh).
sorry for the OT.
SC rules!

XC - agrresive xc - AM - freeride - DH whatever it may be it's basically just the tweaking of the geometry.... after all in the end it's just a bike. ;D

OT too owen, two words for ya: middle ground you just gotta love the "gray area" between two binary extremes OnT: I still prefer the classic Heckler look.

i notice that they're going for the nomad hunch(back) top tube design... even their jumping bike is like one...

i would say that freeride is as far as it will go... not DH. but of course no one is going to tell u can't go down Whistler on a Heckler. Never seen anyone race it though. ;D
i feel the same PG, climbing is climbing... no fun! so i at least make sure i've got the descending covered.
