Get a HT Shawn actually it's an XC frame but I know some who used it as a FR bike. Drops it on platforms from up to 4 ft ht. and it didn't give in. or get a KHS DJ 300 '06 model (also a HT). Very low top tube... good for all around freeriding. i use a KHS DJ 300 '05 model also with Marz DJ 3 set-up.
BTW i see you were abusing your XC bike on your avatar. hehe
ciao kompadre!

Allow me to share... currently, my rig's frame is a generic single pivot frame. Installed Jr T ('03 - same as you've planned) in front and 5th Element CTV5 (w/ 8.5 i2i) at the back. The frame only cost 3.5k... for starters, its a give away. Had used this rig for DJ, free ride and downhill racing (i'm in the novice category) and sometimes occasional XC rides. Had continually bombed down this frame and it still had stood up the beating . But now, i'm planning to change the frame. By the way, It served me almost 1 year now... of continous bombing... You can contact Raven (Ben) for FS frames. He has new and slightly used units.

I've used a single pivot frame, it's a generic frame but you can upgrade the shock. it's available in Cartimar, you can typically see it with a Mongoose Pro sticker on it. Then there's the ZSC DH Team frame (i think), it's an HT but I've seen it take punishment.

Sir Endoboy,
Do you have an on sale used Shawn H3? If yes, what's the size & price? What's the frame condition?
Salamat...

tnx 4 all the comments sirs =) i just bought a used jr. t 03 this morning, OT lang sirs, the jr.t that i bought lacks 1 knob for the preload adjustment, but the fork is working fine -preload left n right, do u guys know where in can buy this knob? one more question sirs, which do u think is better? a used hayes hfx-9 8" hydro P5k, or used Deore 8" hydro P6k, or bb7 8" mechanical bnew P5k+++?
going back to the topic, im 6 feet tall, is a medium FS FR frame good enough for me? if i get a large (wich is rare from what ive herad) i might have a hard time controling the bike?
ill visit cartimar sometime and check out the generic frames, are there generic frames w/ 4 bar links?
tnx a lot sirs =)

If you know somebody here in Los Angeles, one of out local bike shops (Wheel World) is selling an '04 Giant VT3 frame. That frame has adjustable 5-5.7 inches of travel and comes with a Manitou Swinger 3 way Air. You can check it's specs here :http://www.giant-bicycles.com/us/030.000.000/030.000.006.asp?year=2004&range=156.
The geometry of the bike with the 120mm fork is 70 HA, 73.5 SA. If you slap an '03 JrT the HA will probably be at 67.5-68 degrees which should be perfect for free-riding. The SA will still be at a climbable 71 degrees.
The good thing about this deal is that it's only $199 which should convert to Php 10K.
If you know Rob, I know he is already based here. Contact him and ask him to do you a favor!

sir tribal i suggest to look for frames with thru ax rear hub, (150 spacing x 12mm axle or RS maxle) today's FR standard, solid rear end, for abuse,
or if with quick relase rear end, 135 mm spacing
convert it to bolt on/ or use saint 135 x 10 mm axle
xtension is thru ax 4 bar fsr link
