Kala ko naman kun ano na ang pinag-uusapan sa thread na to head angle lang pala...
Pang DH syempre mas ok pag medyo slack ang set-up mo. You can compensate for bad handling by setting-up your handle bars a little lower and your saddle higher.

ok thanks,
dh race bike:, low handle bar, preferably low rise, minimum stacking ng headset, top crown, at stem halos walang spacers,
I still see dhers ala harley davidson yung handle bar, tapos puro spacers ang stem sa ilalim, ang hirap iliko nun, oh well it depends talaga sa rider who owns the bike.
ang set up na steep sa drop ok, para di na stress head tube,
better between steep and slack ang set up for all around dh riding.

Yes there are still some, in fact many dhers still set-up their bike's handle bar too high. But if you observe most of our expert riders like Boyet Camba and Joel Vana, their fork & stem are set-up to the lowest position while the saddles are high enough such that your legs are almost in full extension, but not too extended like xc set-up.
The only problem with this set-up is if there are a lot of jumps coz its hard to pull up the handle bars. Saddle height really depends on the type of course. I suggest you get used to a higher set-up. Mas convenient, you dont have to extend your saddle before climbing then lower it again before descending. At the same time you get better handling in corners and mas relaxed legs mo...
