i did that when i was a weight-freak pa... 1liter nalgene bottle full of P20 taho but without the caramel & the tapioca pearls... better than drinking those gadforsaken whey protein mix & eating hardboiled 12 egg whites in one sitting.... still, i gulp down those P10 hotty whites before/during/after rides...

prior to a ride i drink this soya, car........ taho it gives the needed energy to last the first stop for breakfast ay post pala....after doing some jogging rounds at UP, i drink the 20 petot sized cup....it's filling and cheap

I've seen some chilled flavored taho in some supermarkets.
in Baguio, is it laced with real strawberries (chunks embedded in it?) That sounds yummy after a brisk morning ride up Sto Tomas

I still like the original. ;D

theres an alternative, bottled SOYA MILK with 2 flavors, the other one is chocolate , i saw it in mercury drug costing around 15 pesos....

eh how about in bicol? the taho ba there is sprinkled with crushed pili? i'm partly bicolano, fyi.... hehehe...------- how about in sagada? sprinkled ba with 'MJ'? ;D i just watched a re-run of deuce bigalow2: european gigolo kasi.... ;D
