More like Mid life grumpiness ;D ;D Joke only Len, ;D I read an article about testosterone and It does make youa little bit short on the fuse. Another thing is the abnormal growth of hair. Wish It'll grow on my head. During my rigorous training(cycling, weights) after 2 months, I seem to be short on my fuse. Even my wife noticed it. But it was checked when she said " Just because your muscles grew does'nt me you can fight me"

guess testosterone...adrenaline brad.
Been "forum riding" for long time. I noticed those who regularly rides (as in training sort of riding) here tend to be aggressive and confrontational at times. And this varies on how strenuous their weeks went.

I'll only be 37 next month, di ba middleage is 50?? bwehehe Road rage e, not roid rage So training increases testosterone? abnormal hair growth on my palms is all I notice It does, and almost everything. According to the same study, Cycling is one of the sports that actually makes us produce more reproductive hormones. It also said that because of the exposure or being in the line of the wind, the more cooler it becomes favorable to multiplying or being in good condition. Ang labo ng explanation ko. I got excited kasi while reading it and got into cycling right away. But I think everybody here knows that already. So when Im a little bit not interested with doing "it", my wife usually says, "hey! you're not biking anymore ha"

hot head? uhm...i have a theory...its always in us...its just that when you're a bit tired and stressed, you also lose a little grip on it. daym , that's profound! you just stumped a psychologist! hehe! seriously, i think its the lack of rice in your diet ;D i hate explaining myself, but here...for people like us who dont do drugs, steroids etc. like that pro wrestler who killed his family and himself, i believe we all have this little devils inside us (gollum/smeagol or stinker/slinker ;D )...and everyday is a constant battle to keep stinker under control, maintaining the balance. so aside from drug induced causes that could shift the balance, its mostly hormonal changes, physical condition etc and like what i already stated, stress. most people i know, including myself, who had occassional problems with this, in my observation, were already born with short temper... so the balance can be easily upset by frustrations and those stated above. on the other hand, i've known people who were always this cool that according to old man.."kahit kapunin mo nakatawa parin" of course thats an exaggeration but not far from that my barber's opinion.

just go watch Blades of Glory and everything will be alright I guess too much adrenaline rush makes you hyper and because of that you may get too sensitive on things which may result to getting pissed off more than often...Try watching "I Think I Love My Wife" din.. Who knows, you might have that "nigga" ears from that film ;D

When training, you would also notice that wounds heal slower than usual. But your nails and hair grow faster (that is if you recover correctly after training- READ AS: EATING). Quite a contradiction eh? With regard to temperament, it's normal. I tend to shout at my wife after long rides you know. "OO AKO MAGLALABA NIYAN, HON!!!"
