Before everyone gets excited It's not a miracle drug that makes you thin overnight, walang fat burners It's a hi protein low calorie meal replacement w/ vitmamins, antioxidants w/out the fat It works great WITH exercise Withut exercise , my sister lost about 2lbs a week t tastes pretty good parang frap ng starbuko , but it still takes discipline to keep on drinking it kahit may naamoy kang masarap sa dinner table.
I've been disapointed kasi w/ some of the people who bought from me Gusto nla , payat agad wlang sacrifice , after a week , lamon nanaman tinigil nahehe Well , ther's always Dr. Belo for them

I saw some of my pics on our previous rides and notice about my jelly belly, it's kinda big pa rin Since I started Mtbiking it was medyo bulky na but until today parang it looks the same but I did some crunches and leg raise last march and didn't noticed any improvement. I hope I could have a six pack abs someday

we can all do it.. set the time table and dedication.. like what I said in another thread.. Crunches"WILL NOT" help you loose that belly.. it firms it but over and top of the ab muscles are the fats.. it's still there.. if you have a heart rate monitor use it.. also work out the biggest muscle group of the body like the legs! yes the legs! sooner or later you will feel better about the whole thingy.. don't forget to get measurements... like weight.. and inches.. this will motivate you even more... if you take weight gainers or any high protein supplements, make sure drinks lotsa water.. anything in excess is bad.. also related to hi protein diets.. don't feel bad if you are gaining weight.. muscle is heavier than fat... trust the people around you.. when they say you are slimmer or look better believe it..

agree. cut the fat first, then work on the abs. a fitness instructre told me you need to have only 14% body fat before your sculpted muscles will show.

Most "get thin quick" programs don't produce lasting results. To get weight off and keep it off you have to think of long term lifestyle changes aimed at gradual, but permanent, results. You may be able to lose weight fast by drinking sludge instead of eating, but how many of us want to keep doing that?
Think in terms of "eat less, eat smarter, exercise more". In the long run, you lose fat by burning more energy than you consume, period.
Some things that help:
Stop drinking calories. Cut out soft drinks, energy drinks, even juices. Drink water. If you're concerned about electrolytes on a long ride, drop a teaspoon of salt in your camelback and eat a couple of bananas.
Stop snacking between meals. If you really feel like you have to, eat raw carrots, cucumbers, or other raw veggies.
We all need some carbs, but keep them within limits, and eat them at breakfast and lunch, when your body will burn the energy. Minimize carbs at night.
Don't eat fried food, at all. Inihaw is your friend, especially fish. If you're ordering pulutan, skip the sisig and go for grilled tuna belly.
Eat fish as often as possible.
If you want chicken, trim skin and fat, if you want pork, use low-fat cuts like the tenderloin (lomo in market-speak).
Eat lots of salad. Instead of conventional salad dressings, just sprinkle salads with a bit of herb vinegar or lemon juice. Avoid store-bought dressings.
Eat from a small bowl, not a big plate.
Drink 2 glasses of water before every meal.
Do NOT starve yourself or skip meals: your body responds by conserving fat reserves and degrading muscle tissue instead.
Ride yer bike. A lot.
Do work your abs. That won't reduce belly fat but it will provide a firmer foundation and reduce sag. Underweight with a potbelly is often a sign of very slack abs.
Pay attention to posture. If you slouch forward your belly sags. Yoga is a very effective system for building the often-ignored lower back and promoting good posture (as in standing straight).
Work out. You do burn some energy, and building muscle increases the amount of energy you burn in a normal day.
Above all, think in terms of a permanent shift to a healthier lifestyle, not something you will do for a while to lose weight, then go back to the old routine.
