I'm not fat ( I think , malaki lang tyan ko hehe I dont eat a lot and nagkakasakit nako sa overtraining I had to stop muna. The same way w/ my friends who took it They arent fat , their solid muscle , pero the extra fat in the midsection disappeared, kaya eveyone in our club is rushing to get some Anyway , wala mawawala coz the meal replacement costs about 50p lang , parang jolli meal w/out the toys

They have sports drinks and meal replacements. I tried them but didn't like them. Pangit lasa (tasted bad). The sports drink tasted like orange juice with chalk. I remember the meal replacement was nutritionally similar to Sustagen, Ensure, or Enervon HP. Hospitals use Sustagen as meal replacement for patients that can't take solid food. You can use that as well -- it will let you control your calorie intake (assuming you don't snack between "meals"). Hopefully the taste of Herbalife has improved in the last 10 years or so. Let us know how it goes.

Well , I've put worse things in my mouth Ahem , but I digress Masarap daw according to my friends , especially the berry flavor I have the dutch chocolate But Who cares what it taste like! Just as long as it gets rid of excess weight! I lost 3 cases of beer sa pustahan , and I found out that my kalaban is taking herbalife!! She lost a lot of weight , Ang seexy!! ( yeah , she's a girl aaaarrrrgh )

dont eat a lot then bike, bike and bike...period. I have to clarify lang fafa Normally yup, this would work A proper diet and a long bike ride every weekend or runing 30min 4x a week It would work for persons who are dating sedentary Pero if you overload sa training sabay diet , it lowers resistance sa sickness . I get the flu or cold at least once a month or dehins mawala ubo ko, or I get the fever for no reason ( old age maybe? and lalo na pag sinabayan ng alcohol and puyat. Yung barkada ko w/ ther most self disciplie managed to get his weight down from 170lbs to 130lbs. He said he races better than ever , kaso nanginginig siya during the race OTOH, another runner friend of mine says , di ko na kailangan ng diet. A marathon is my slimming method The funny thing is , dehins naman siya payat but a little chubby He runs 42 kms at least 2x a year half marathons a lot more and 10ks about 3x a week , pero chubby pa rin. And malakas pako kumain sa kanya hehe I'm have no ambition on winning triathlons/races, pero this stuff really fascinats me

We 've been examining the contents of these herbalife shakes I thought I'd see chromium or l-carnitine fat burners , pero wala naman These are just straight up meal replacements na high protein/low fat, na timplado na Plus , nawawala ang craving for food kasi nga nandun na lahat ng hahanapin ng katawan minus the undesirables High protein = lean muscle mass Let's see if it works for me coz it worked for my buddies! If it works , I'll be selling it hehe

I suggest you get married or consult a dietician , pameriendahin mo nalang and ask kung ilang calories ba kailangan mo para tumaba If I were you wag ka na pataba , get yourself in the gym and tone that body

Another thing I noticed , ang tagal mapagod sa training This $h!t really works! Downside is nagugutom pa rin ako Then again , kung dehins ako matakaw , I wouldnt have a friggin weight problem in the first place So I added more bananas sa shake. Hopfully , dehins nakataba ang saging havent seen an obese monkey yet hehe Anyway , I'll report after a week again

Pjax, you may be thin but that's because of your low muscle mass and not necessarily low fat. If you want to change this, you should do some strength training and add protein to your diet. Like losing weight, quick fixes are not as effective. It's a change in lifestyle. Try to get knowledgable help.

Yep, you did noticably gain weight. Although the bulk of it is in the tummy area, the distribution of fat is all over. If you just want to lose the extra weight, just be mindful of what your eating and do more cardio. That should get you back into your old shape. Well, we've been riding more often now and you're playing basketball. That should be a start. You can start strength training to beef up if you want.

love it dont hate it ;D try target dif parts of your abs by doing diffrent exrcises similar to crunches upper lower obliques and back good core training is also good for balance. dont forget to warm up and stretch before doing strenthening and stretch and cool down after. better to be strong and flexible than just strong

First of all, what's wrong with 120lbs? Do you need to gain weight to earn $20Million to appear in "Thrilla in Manila"? Will gaining weight make you look good? We all have our God-given body shape and we're stuck with it. We could train and diet to change it because other people says so. Adding weight might make you weaker or slower. Only you can decide if changing is for the better. The main point of exercise is health and fitness, if gaining weight will affect your health and fitness in the wrong way, don't do it. I suggest you do some weight training. It will not make you look like Arnold Schwarzenegger, but it might build some muscles and make you stronger. However, you need PROPER rest and nutrition, the operative word here being "PROPER". So you can't just work out all week and do all the physical activities you like. Being thin means you have to control yourself from doing too much exertion, being fat means you have to control yourself from consuming too much food in relation to your metabolism. Which one is the lucky type? You decide... The fat is a function of a lot of things. If you starve yourself even once in a while, your body will store fat. It's a natural defense mechanism. So people who want to lose fat must NEVER feel hunger. The secret of eating properly concerns the WHEN to eat, HOW to eat and WHAT to eat. Good luck!

hehehe... how do you resize those oversized tummies? the mods dosent like oversized things to be posted here e. hehehe... maybe they don't like big tummies too. i do 100 crunches a day. but i don't think something is happening, or am i doing it the wrong way? I've read that reducing tummies also needs diet other than crunches. Since no diet, then too many crunches, your fat and muscles will overlap then it would produce bigger tummy. hehehe what then is the recommended diet and how do you do the correct crunches? Hi Janix, In working out, always remember the word "SQUEEEEEEZE". Do you feel the muscles tightening? It's not the quantity that matters, it's the... yep, you got it... QUALITY. Some days, I can do 3 sets of 20, on some days, 3 sets of 10 and I'm off. On stronger days, you do more, if you're not feeling well, don't even think of doing it. It's just a waste of time and energy. There are more than crunches for the midsection, there's sidebends, leg raises and situps. There are so many variations that you have to find those that fit you. Don't let somebody tell you which is which. You decide. And diet? of course it matters! Fat is a function of diet and exercise. Input - output = savings. However, fat is not convertible to cash. So no use saving too much. ;D Don't worry about overlapping muscles and fat. If you're doing your workouts right, muscles will develop even if you still can't see them because of the fats. If you're getting stronger, it's the muscles. More muscles will burn more fats. Stronger muscles will allow you to do more. Doing more will burn more fats. Remember, all physical activity requires proper technique. Be patient. Muscles take time to build, Fats take time to burn, technique takes time to perfect.

holy sheit! i was fooled by this thread, i thought this thread is about the jelly belly candies. hay!!! its about having a father figure pala hehehe i trimmed my waistline from 44-38 in a span of a year, with the help of dedication in biking, practice every other day for 2hrs minimum in our village. dedication is key! Hi FR707! I was fooled too. I was interested in nutrition, I thought maybe jelly beans make good energy source. Maybe BEER BELLY would have made a more accurate description. ;D Dedication is the key indeed! Exercise and diet both need to be consistent to produce results. P.S. I'm new to the sport and to this forum. Heck, my bike is spanking new I wouldn't ride it when it rains. I just remembered the delivery guy promised me a freebie along with the GIANT bike he delivered to our SysOp's place. Maybe you know him?
