Basta not too little, not too much. Always in moderation.

Agree moderation is the key. I think I read somewhere long time ago that early morning sun is best and to much exposure on middle of the day when sun radiation is at its peak is not good. But then again I won't tell girls in the beach not to get suntan. ;D ;D

Be careful also with sunscreen... some brands can melt your bike's clearcoat or paint!Tsk tsk! Tindi! but then again I never use sunscreen when I'm biking. But my leg now kinda looks funny, I have this tan line where my ankle socks covers. Hmm better start using my wife's Banana Boat sunscreen.

ruins the paint job?! bad for the bike! yup maybe not too much. just enough to protect skin from harmful rays besides if you put too much, it might be a little slippery with the grips. its better to have a tan than nurse a bruise.
