I came across this article and thought it would be nice to share with everybody...I'd say this is true 'coz I have been experiencing metabolic nausea once in a awhile...

good article jeever think i've experienced that no-no... heavy protein just before a ride...never did it again ;D so far, a good breakfast 2 hrs (no later) before a ride, has done me no harm

I've more than once puked after a hard interval set (and grossed out the bystanders). I guess that's physiologic-stress nausea. ;D

hehe ang dami nyan dito sa lugar namin when I was a new to riding, climbing up makiling, I'd barf up the pulutan we had the night before sabay blackout havent passed out yet , tunnel vision palang w/ black spots sa vision It happens if you suddenly stop or sit when your heart is in overload. Sarap ng feeling I havent thrown up sa interval training yet , Pero after the first time I did it, I was trying to buy softdrinks, my mouth was moving pero no words were coming out hehe

Hmmm... It's what doctors would call as excercise syncope... Just like one of my patients ago.... Happy Halloween, Dudes! Wala bang spooktacular ride mamayang gabi...
