Do you get a massage? and what type? how often?
I for one get one especially after a hard ride or a race. It prevents my legs from becoming stiff and sore. I prefer shiatsu massage. I usually had mine home service. ;D

How do you compare the rate of a home service massage to the ones where you have to go to the spa yourself? Is it more expensive or cheaper? Meron kasi malapit samin yung Holiday Spa where they give a full body massage for 450, which is an ok rate compared to the others which I know can reach up to 700php.
I also like getting massages, pero gusto ko yung free and home service lang, hehehe. E di siyempre si Curly yung taga massage ;D

dasaint, shiatsu after a painful ride?! tinde mo rin pre...ako, swedish pag ganoon, na may halong konting shiatsu lang. anyway, i go for a massage only after a major ride...like last saturday's...medyo mahal kasi dito sa amin, 650. pero na sa harap lang ng bahay at masarap naman ;D di ko pa nasubukan yung home...habol ko kasi yung aromatherapy na kasama...sarap sa lungs hehehe, mahirap isimulate sa bahay. sabi nila, may mga magaling na mga blind masseuse sa QC, at pang home service. but don't know how to contact them...mga 200-300 lang daw
