Just a shout out, anyone doing trials in NCR? Whether active or riding only when the stars align.
I'm a lousy trials rider, skill level at around -10, hahaha. Just want to get some tips on moves that I want to make without changes to my current bike setup.

Some of the names I know: Patrick, Dyani Lao, Mark Lopez Patrick has an PinoyMTBiker account but he's more active in FB. You might want to check the PinoyTrials FB page too bad they're not active here in the forum. As for me, I'm still stuck at trackstands and front and rear wheel pivots I assembled a trials specific bike but was unable to put hours in it and later disassembled it for parts. if you have questions, i might me able to answer some.

yeah, i joined the pinoytrials page in FB.
i've always wanted to do this move on a curb. on the edge, do a front 180 pivot. dismount front and continue with full 180 rotation land in the rear wheel followed by the front and continue in the same direction as before. I'm not sure if you can imagine how the move looks like. i know the different elements, like learning to endo, front pivot (180 pivot to fakie), fakie 180.
thing is, i want to learn without any changes in my XC-ish setup so it has a high saddle height.

konablack, yeah...that's the one. I've always wanted to do that. i can't get over my fear of front pivot, too little height on the rear wheel. anarki, yeah, me too. i'll be practicing on an XC bike and transition to an Enduro.

I've watched some videos of people doing some trials on an XC or Enduro bike. It's possible but you're limited to some moves I think. Me, I'd be happy if I could pull off a pedal hop on my current bike
