hmmmm i'm kinda interested joining this event, if ever this will be my first time. any pointers or tips? start trail exposure here asap  just don’t go there on sat since there’s xco race. however if you want to try things out this sat (dec 9) you can go through ka vergel, pestano and basekamp since they are part of the 711 course just enter the afp/monterey route or marilaque hiway. personally i prefer the afp route since it’s near my place. i still don’t have the guts to pedal marilaque. it’s really not the trail that will take you down but the choke points. i don’t mean any harm in this statement but when someone stops on front it will most likely be a chain reaction... most will be pushing. if you can get along with the faster waves do it. otherwise please don’t. |

mga sir, this saturday wall wall lang muna ako... 1 month off ako from pedaling. nasira preno e. this week lang napalitan.
sa sunday basekamp, green, nursery chapel basic ako... depende kung gano ka wasak ang trail. based sa mga pics ng mga tropa natin marami rami pang mga bagsak na puno sa green at roxas at eroded pa ang chapel. not sure with basekamp.

Thanks spyghost! I joined a group before and they invited me to timberland. It was a fun experience and I wanted to go back again.  I'm just hesitant to padyak all the way to timberland as it's kinda far from my place. Palakas muna siguro ako |

(Photo from Jayson's FB wall) dehins kasama xco track... unless magbago isip nila hehe sa mga 40, after ng nursery, green, black diamond, finish sa mga 35 after ng nursery finish na muka lang mababa ang tt na yan pero medyo mataas at malaki narin ang gap for starters hehe |

Binuksan at nalinisan na ba ulit ang mga trails na nakalista sa baba? • Green • Blue • Black • Chapel • Roxas • Ka Vergel • Pestaño • Pineda • Araneta galing ako kanina. majority ng blue ridable except yung mga tulay ng kawayan sa sapa (mahingat sa mga pakong nakausli - marami). me mangilan ngilan pang eroded at dehins madali i ride lalo na pag di sanay. dehins nako umakyat sa mga switchback pagtapos ng sapa kasi yung mga andun bumalik daw dahil matataas mga talahib. ok singletrack kaso dehins makakita ng malayuan. nag exit ako agad palabas ng nursery at umuwi kasi tinanghali ako ng labas (nagpalit pako ng preno at nag bleed bago umalis  ) next week silip ako ulit sa blue, roxas, nursery, chapel, green. ang exit ng green wasak so safe to say na wasak din ang mga looban nya. pestano via aris lagi naman open. di nako nakaabot ke ka vergel pero panigurado wasak din ang ahon dun. |

hideki, yung freebies consolation prize na lang yun. ang importante ma experience mo yung trail race. it would really boost your confidence. kahit dehins ka nag podium pero finisher oks na.

yung mga switchback pagtapos ng sapa... well... kaya sipain ng mga batikan. mga mortal na katulad ko, #alamnathis #tulakboy ok na yung mga tulay na kawayan. pero as usual never dry ang sapa area. inahon ko yung blue harder (as the locals call it) pero nawala ako. di ko matunton yung ruta papaunta ke ka vergel. in short atras at exit sa basic (yung me puno na maugat) roxas is cleared off from fallen trunks but there’s just 1 na dapat tungo ng todo otherwise mauuna bike at maiiwan rider chapel dh is how should i say... worked around. there’s a large fallen trunk. not sure kung tatanngalin kasi matagal na yun. haven’t entered green yet. naubos oras ko sa blue harder, atras abante lol |
