try the older shops in marikina or quiapo. i think i got mine a few years ago at cycle art

try cristy's in cartimar, they have a lot of old parts hidden at the room at the back. if not ask jun the mechanic, he usually have small parts like this. if they don,t have it there i'm sure you will find it in cartimar or quiapo. ask hermie of velo also, he might have one lying around.=)
