i would just like to add Hope to your choices of hubs - they also produce red hubs unfortunately, i've no experience yet using any of those high end hubs - so my review is negative - none ;D

I think any of these hubs is a winner! ;D
Tune would probably be the lightest and most exotic but they might not be bomb-proof.
If it were me, I'd choose CK or Industry Nine hubs (also available in red I think). Both look great, have superb performance and solid enough to be used in AM or even FR setup.
You should check out DT Swiss 240s or 340s too. Can't go wrong with them either I think.

Thanks Hyperion, I think when it comes to bling factor CK is the best choice from my point of view but from what I heard when it comes to performance Hadley is better bec of some engagement. TUNE I know is very light but performance maybe So far the new HOPE II cant get any feedback I actually need something its more on performance and bling but so far I have not tired any of them.... It will be good to know from other users.... I did check DT but no blibng he he he.... cheers

I have Hope....still regretting why I didnt go all out and get the CK when the price difference wasnt that much before. So far I dont have problems with my Hope. But since were talking about Bling here.... then I suggest Industry 9...but it really surprises me to hear that DT rims lacks bling.

If it's freeride/AM/downhill/heavy duty use...its the Tune MK series that you would want to get...same price, same styling and a different category altogether. These are the new series from Tune's new production facility that will be rolled out this June. Get also the matching stems, seatpost (lighter than Thomson masterpiece w/o the weight limit), etc.. Bike jewelry/Bling - CK/Tune. Bling per se has no value added but if there is a degree of performance enhancement, go for it. You know it's overpriced, but you secretly want it (demon on left shoulder talking)

Hi brad, I did saw this industry nine wheel set here and so far the wieght according to ths uncle is 1.4+ kg lighter than my SLR. From the looks of it the spokes are alloy it looks abit soft also... The one I saw from here is the spokes is also in red very bling it comes in Gold as well but unfortunety the local lbs bring only a few set... But very X's men thats why I go for MAVIC SLR instead so far very happy with it... I was refering to tha DT hub brad cause they dont have red thats why does not bling to me he he he.... personal pref only ;D I have Hope....still regretting why I didnt go all out and get the CK when the price difference wasnt that much before. So far I dont have problems with my Hope. But since were talking about Bling here.... then I suggest Industry 9...but it really surprises me to hear that DT rims lacks bling.

Dunno yet, goods enroute. Extreme sa Panay will be lead seller. Landfall, I think, will be 1st week July.

if money is not a factor then go for CK. I.ve been using hope pro 2 and it works for me. reliable, excellent engagement(love it or hate it clicks), light enough for xc. cheaper than CK
