Hello...
can anyone give me a heads up on this brand of saddle? saw one at libis and looks really nice with a staple-less kevlar cover, titanium rails, carbon composite shell...tried pressing the seat with my fingers and there's a noticeable flex of the shell..dunno if it has a weight tolerance or if it perfoms well in trail conditions..
claimed weight is 170 gms, italian styling
many thanks!

If this a original Selle then go for it. its light enough for xc ride. I had a old original model from Italy, made of titanium rails and shell except for the leather foam cover. Weight only more or less 100 gms. Titanium tent to flex under load but do't worry, it won't break.

178 grams, per migs' digital scale it takes time getting used to it, like tabs said

Had used on ony my road bike before... Its the Team model... cabon fiber shell and titanium rails. Its light and needs time in getting use to it. By the way, mine is a race saddle for road racing.

Thanks! will get it it tom...had difficulty looking for this brand's website, closest thing I could find was the token selle success which explains why only the Italian styling was emphasized...anyhu, looks great nevertheless

Selle Success saddles are comparative light and good for XC/road bikes with lower front end(handlebar lower than your saddle) since your weight are evenly distributed between your arms and your b*tt... However, most trail riders with their front(handlebar) setup higher than their saddles finds it hard and uncomfortable...just my 0.02cents

those are good saddles. lightweight, with the same shapes as some fizik models. i wouldnt mind getting one myself for my road bike (not too sure of their strength for mountain biking, although a few friends use them. i've bent Ti rails before. they're relatively cheap (around P3k) compared to fizik, selle italia or selle san marco.

Opted also to lower back end so I will be on the more upright position (sure beats my knees kicking my tummy =)

I've been using Selle Success V1 Kevlar, Carbon, Ti Railings for 8 months. Its very light... thats it! Its a pain in the butt, but that is what you get at the expense of weight. But hey, any saddle is a pain, especially on long rides.
