ever heard of lasco cranks? i would like shimano, but the dealer said that lasco is cheaper but the same time is good quality. Is it reasonable to have an expensive crank or lasco is good enough?

brad, its better to stick to tried and tested brands, so no regrets in the end. if in doubt, go with shimano, u cant go wrong.( find a model thats within reasonable budget, but get the best that u can afford rather than buying something so-so then upgrading it in a short time)
