SABAK store in Sta. Rosa.
They had them before. One of the partner/owner told me they can get it. I don't know if they have it in stock.
Anyways, sometimes there is a Christini AWD bike left there by the owner to have it cleaned... maybe they will let you try it .
BTW Is the store still there? Haven't been back there for almost 6 months. I have no news about the place anymore.

I saw a real live one being used by a foreigner on one of my trails in Sta. Rosa--just last April. I thought they only existed in the magazine. I guess I was wrong.

A good friend of mine has one. He's had it for four months now. He got it at Sabak, Sta. Rosa. The sabak bike store is still in Paseo de Sta. Rosa and is still going very strong. They were just featured in a TV show hosted by Dyan Castillejo. He used it in the last Oakley race. He mentioned that he felt the advantage in the muddy parts as both wheels would grip the mud.

Tested and Reviewed in MBR magazine August 2005 issue. Scored 6 out of 10. The verdict says: While the two-wheel drive system has benefits, at present there are too many niggles. The added weight, about 2.3 lbs, is not offset by the benefits. The spring pin in the universal joint came out during the test, rendering the system useless without workshop-based repairs. There really is potential for a great bike, it's just not quite there yet. Bike weight when tested: 30.5 lbs without pedals (M size) fork: white brothers VT 1.3 Rear Shock: Manitou Swinger 3 way Hubs: Christini/Hope Rims: Mavic 717 disc Spokes: Stainless steel Tyres: Kenda Blue Groove Drivetrain: SRAM X.9 Cranks: FSA Afterburner BB: FSA Cartridge Brake System: Magura Louise Sorry, I cannot post the whole review Bee
