Advice pls!! Getting fat na (sarap kasing kumain) i know you can help me medyo tamad ako sa workout , i do biking but due to busy sched i dont have time Thanks and have agood day po!!

for starters , wag mo lakasan kumain and wake up earlier to workout
there's really no magic to losing weight or else we'd all look like marc nelson

substitiute oatmeal for rice, pedal more, eat fruits lotsa, pedal more, stay away from fried foods, pedal more, avoid skipping meals, pedal more ;D........................... and so on! ;D

@ allegra thanks sir the problem is im a late sleeper and naging habit ko na ang midnight snack so i have to discipline my sleeping sched para ma avoid ko ang midnight snack... @ dragunov thanks sa advice ill try to eat oatmeal even its taste eew to me, really i need to discipline myself ill try to control myself thanks mga sir!!!

naku brad its hard to lean out when you don't workout. Workout parin the best if you want to speed up the leaning process. I suggest you speed up your metabolism. that's the best way to do it. Do leg exercise (often neglected) coz this will shoot your metabolism up. EDT (escalating density training) You only have to do 6 execise Bench press, Squats, deadlifts, standing military press, dynamic row, and pull ups (next are the powercleans). This program are used by athletes for training like basketball players, swimmers and power lifters. What EDT does is basically minimize the production of lactic acid on the muscles so the muscles do easily get tired. It maintains you body's metabolism to a high level for about 24-48 hours.
