Well, we're on our way... At the Boise airport... Bar hopping... First, United's Red Carpet Club, ate their food, drank their drinks... Got bored with United so we decided to hit up Singapore Airline's Kris Flyer Club... ate their food, drank their drinks... We're going to be 200 lbs each even before we get to the PI!

Man, you're lucky for having a mate like her...welcome brad! So where do you plan to ride in the Phils. to meet up with our fellow PMTBers? we'll probably do a mix of road and dirt... Antipolo, Bugarin, San Mateo trails... Probably not until the 6th however when we get settled in.... I'm in the process of putting the bikes back together but we still need to pick up a couple of bikes from Edmund M...

After 30+hours of eating, drinking, waiting, people watching, and sleeping, we finally made it... I think we've gained about 15lbs during the trip (seriously!). Good food at every stop, lounge and in flight meal... It's 3am here, SJ is fast asleep, I'm wide awake and putting bikes together... Singapore Sling... You gotta love the almost flat beds... well, at least SJ did... Waiting for the next meal and round of drinks...

Gary, SJ, and Ferdie, It was nice meeting you this morning.
Going up the wall twice in an SS?!?!?! Gary, you are certified!!
BTW, how'd you get into Timberland without ID's? Did SJ use her feminine wiles on the guards? hehehe!
See you guys soon!!

Thanks for the warm welcome every one... We've been having fun. We're thinking that SJ used to be a Filipina since she's just been having a great time here. She's even enjoying the hot and humid weather! MrsM, SJ is looking forward to meeting the only other SS couple this Saturday! Joybreta, I actually used one of my brad's ID's and we just told him that SJ left her passport at home (SJ's smiling face helped out as well I think)... SJ experienced "The Wall" today and liked it so much we did it twice... My brother escorted us today and he climbed The Wall without stopping for the first time ever! Yay!. We started at Aling Tina's, stopped at Timberland (luckily the guards let SJ through without ID- must be her star quality...hehe) and on to Giant. There were some big muddy sections but mud is good for the skin.. We met Jobre (of PMTBR) and gang up at the end of The Wall... Lunch at Chowking where SJ had some Tapa and eggs, catpao asado, kang-kong, Halo-halo and black gulaman... Awesome post ride meal... Oh yeah, the 4 hour nap in the afternoon hit the spot as well... Aling Tina's (clean bikes).. At the top of The Wall, getting ready to head down and do it again... My brother Ferdie (Kuya Ferdie)... All the men she passed while going up the wall only had two words... "Ang lakas!" The Wall was fun on a SS. 32X20 was just right for the steep pitches... Short direct section on the way to the Nursery... I had to fix a flat on SJ's bike at Giant so we hung out, checked out the cashew trees, turkeys and construction, and had a Gatorade... It was a good day...
