papa rocky, its nice to see you riding a bike. ang bilis ng recovery mo. so, where's your new bike? cant wait to see it. D Actually MountG, I am partially healed only now that I am on the 11th week of broken clavicle healing process. Not yet completely recovered which takes 6 months and will be on April 21 pa. Orthosurgeon gave me permission to go light road riding only like on UP Ikot-Ikot, Baywalk-Amari, Mang Vic's Bulalohan-Sierra Madre Hotel and light trailing like Maarat to Giant. None of Maarat down to Wawa nor Licao-Licao's jackhammer. I am discouraged to join our organized 'bahala na si batman' group rides as this often ends up to be century/epic rides. And of course, Dr Miles dela Rosa gave me strict orders Not to fall down on my right shoulder again til after April 21! Where is my new Trek Fuel EX 9.5 bike? Hay naku Jon. I am asking that myself. It is taking too long for Trek Wisconsin to release EX9.0 and 9.5 carbon which I ordered Oct 1 pa. Whereas EX 7, 8, and 9 are all over warehouses ready to be delivered.

@ fapirocky. Good to see you back on the saddle Sir! We are just as excited and expectant of your new ride as you are. Hope to see you and the magnificent carbonized steed soon. I was already in Bicol having drove there for 7 hours the day before so I was not able to join the year end ride. @ Tito Arci. Built myself a SStreet rig but am still in the uh, "adjustment" er more appropriately "lack of adjustment" phase . The gearing is 32:18 because the chain miraculously fit without a tensioner (the tensioner broke less than an hour into the "test" ride because the test ride involved dropping the bike 3' into flat hehe ). Hope to be able to ride with you soon as well.

Hi Nelson, One of the main reason I put out a lot of energy is to meet and ride with you. I want to tell you personally that me and my family are praying for the speedy recovery of your wife. My time was really so short and I even extended my stay to do more chores and tried to spend quality time with my family and relatives there and in the province. I hope you, your wife are in good spirit and your children too. I wouldnt miss riding with the noodletown boys , you know that

I am, more than ever, convinced that it is important for all of us to always do the right things, To be happy, and bring happiness to other people. To live a purpose driven life. I see that in you, man, and I'm very fortunate to know you. It affirms my belief that there are living examples out there, which I try to emulate. We try to be real-life heroes, so that others can look up to, aspire, and hope and continue to live strong. Thanks, Enzo, for everything that you are in PinoyMTBiker, there are so many guys here who are doing great work as well. We are in good company indeed. Keep riding and keep sending good vibes, my family are doing fine. Thank you very much!

Hi Nelson, actually I told the boys to noodletown boys to visit your place with papa Rocks while their at noodletown, but I guess they think that you are getting some rest and spending quality time with your wife and child that is why they decided not to disturb you anymore. I left the group early also due to some prior commitments.
But if you are available to bike let us know we'd gladly go around with you, Im just a text away, hope you everything is better for you now. :-)

Its ok guys. Just wishful thinking...
Actually, if you did drop by and if I did sneak out to ride, it would have gotten me into so much trouble, people being prone to misunderstaniding/judgemental/selfish/rumor-mongering...
Naiinggit lang ako (envy to death) so I just had to post. My bike is gathering dust, and my micro-muscular developments (naks!) gained from last year's not-so-secret-training rides just went down the drain.
Keep riding guys, partida (go ahead).
I'll make a comeback someday. ... probably when my kids finish College, I can retire and get back to riding and do the things I wished of.
Wish ko lang... everybody can be as strong and resilient as Papi Rocky da PinoyMTBiker-idol, ... and of course, World peace.
