The ride invitation is from our friends Easy rider and MTbiker, which I shared the invitation to every one and posted it here in PinoyMTBiker. Thanks Bong for the Pics...>>
Hope next time I'm strong enough to cope to your Elite Group Facing.
Talisay is really GOOD TRaining ground, sad to say only few dared to go there. It is only Jawy my constant companion there for two rides na.
Also thanks for the downhill tips . . . that help me improved my skills.

Hi Mtbrider, thanks for introducing this trail to us... One of the best experience I had. Even you did not join us in the Lomi house. You still completed our trail plan, palace-talisay trail. Anyway, there is always next time... Lets ride again this coming Feb... Hi KnK, How's your christmas ride in DG? Anything Special Hi easyrider, thanks for this very nice ride experience in Palace-Talisay trail... I like the trail combo... from Grueling Uphill to a very long DH.... also the trail ambiance, the kids greets you "Gud Morning" even they are at the back of the house and already afternoon... ;D ;D ;D Aling Pinas lugawan is also one of the best pitch stop. Buko stop is also good for hydration after a long ride. But sad to say, no buko during that time... Let arrange our ride once again.... Likewise, Happy Holidays to you and your Family...

I only had 'short ride' with CTS yesterday ;D ..so cold outside ..makes even more chilly if to pedal alone on the trails ..coz the rest of team DG were also 'out' . Maybe this coming weekend , me and alex could arrange a year-ender fun ;D

bongjumper, Nice meeting and riding with your group sir. Thanks Bong for the Pics...>> Hope next time I'm strong enough to cope to your Elite Group Facing. Talisay is really GOOD TRaining ground, sad to say only few dared to go there. It is only Jawy my constant companion there for two rides na. Also thanks for the downhill tips . . . that help me improved my skills. Sir, next time I'll definitely join you if you can bear with my slow pacing. I want to join yesterday but your lead group is quite fast and I was held back by the traffic near picnic groove. When I was at the intersection of Tagaytay-Balibago road, I can't see your group anymore. Unfortunately I don't know yet where is Lomi House in Talisay despite riding Leynes road twice already (once going up coming from Sungay Road and the second one, down going to Lemery). Since I was alone, I decided to go to Lugawan instead.

knk,
Seems difficult to ride on a chilly weather. What is the temp. out there niow? Come January it will be more colder, is that right.
I'm still nursing my muscle in that Paseo - Palace - Talisay - Tagaytay - Lugawan - Paseo ride. I did not ate at lomihan so as not to delay the Group waiting for me in that grueling climb from Talisay to Tagaytay.
Now I know how the DG Team rides . . . . Jawy is just right to be a member.
Merry Xmas to you and to your CFO and Immigration Officer ( Visa ).

Our group wait in rotonda around 10mins before our descend to Talisay. We thought there will be no one will join us going to Talisay, So we start our descend... Apologies ulit, our visa is too short for a long distance ride... Here is your picture taken in the mansion Next time na may ride ulit. Hope you still join us...

Mtbrider, Talisay to Tagaytay is one of the unforgetable experience for me. I told you, I will wait for you going up. I also can not sustain the speed of the 3 elites in climbing. So they feel cold in rotonda waiting for me... ;D That was a long ride indeed. Last 200m to Paseo. My legs already don't want to pedal. First is my Right leg, So I hang it to recover and let my Left leg do the pedalling. But my left leg also crumps. So I bail out and walk to recover... then ride again to finish the ride...

There will always be next time. Need to train first to keep up with your group's pace. Ang lalakas nyo! (trans: you're my idol! he he). Looking back, it was good I did not join because I could have slowed down your group and ruined your limited visa. ;D Anyway, I'll join mtbrider06 when he schedule another Talisay ride. Hopefully I'm ready then.

I timed my Talisay - rotonda = 1 hr and 15 mins. Meaning I can do that just depart paseo 6:30 am, no Lomi pedal and stop at Lugawan and be at Paseo by 12 noon. . . . will try it again before new year . . . . training na lang.

Mtbrider, your faster than me if your time is 1 hour and 15 minutes... Rotonda-Talisay-Rotonda is a good training ground... if you do it everyday, for sure you can leave us behind... record need to brake is less than 1 hour...

Hi Alphabolt,
My computer registered 95km since I took off from my place. Onebyone and Bongjumper are such great riders that pacing plan will never come into fruition. These guys including KnK kicks my butt in their Home-court in DG (Mystic Trail; Da Rock, Chi Fung Temple). Since it is OUR homecourt here, need to give them some dose of their own medicine :-), pacing lang din. It was fun though and I'm glad they enjoyed it. Hope to ride with you one of these days. Again, pacing lang..
Cheers!

Hi guys...sorry for the late reply as I do not have access to internet - I am in seclusion he he he ... I'll keep riding this trail... it's also a place of the very friendly and courteous children...you will hear "GOOD MORNING" from kids anywhere...I saw a kid running out of their house with a pandesal on his mouth just to greet us "GOOD MORNING"...
To all of you guys...ANG SARAAAAP...YOU'VE GOT ONE OF THE BEST TRAINING GROUND...despite the crmps ( no regular rides ), I enjoyed it man...
Just this morning, I met Enzo in Umingan, Pangasinan on my solo ride from Villasis to Umingan with a little explore ride at Balungao springs and back to Villasis...love the "patupat" and "tuba" along the route...Enzo, thanks for fixing my bike!!! Don't drink too much eiy!
Bongjumper, IDOL! Harry, thanks for guiding me for the location, Schuzz and Ferdz (and I forgot the name of the other guy, sorry), thanks for the company and J_A_P, see you soon. Guys, ulitin natin next time...Now I realize why you guys need a visa to ride...you're still lucky, I have 2 jailguards with me (my 2 kids) and I am forced for a "takuza" pace with Schuzz he he he...

Pading Bong, I'll be in Manila in February (the whole week of the Chinese New Year). I'm thinking of riding in Bataan Killer Loop, Oilman's playground before or after our climb at Mt. Guiting-Guiting in Romblon. What do you think? I already told pading Noel about this.
