Since the race track is near our place, we decided to check it out this afternoon. The guard said the track is not yet finished so we just rode half of it. Its a rolling track with switchbacks, some bumpy portions, an almost dry creek, short uphills and downhills. A nice venue for a 12 hr race. It got dark so fast that's why we only took a few shots. Great night riding becoz of the cool weather. The race track is located behind Petron Station in Filinvest. Pics taken from a phone cam... you will surely pedal fast coz these dogs will chase you. ;D the other half of the track is the one in front of the guard race track condition bikedaddy moi we decided to make it a date so we went to Brother's Burger just across the street ;D bikes on a date my fafa uhmmm...yummy! ;D time to go total distance from our house and back = 26 km We will try to visit this early in the morning so we can take better pictures of the race track. Its mud friendly alright! ;D ;D ;D We did a race recon again this morning, and boy it was a mudfest! It was ok at the first few meters but it got nasty somewhere in the middle. We can't even pedal because the sticky mud made our 2.0 wheels into 2.5 ;D I just hope it doesn't rain for the whole week coz this race track is super fun to ride. Here are the pics: I think this will be the starting point. at the first turn... moi approaching the short uphill towards the second turn 2nd turn....met a fellow pmtberk estok playground for bikers ;D can you see bikedaddy? ;D bikedaddy on an uphill grind another turn that's where we came from check out the mud Bikedaddy saying...."I can't pedal anymore!" ;D and I answered.... "Me too!" my rig with new fenders ;D ... to be continued

well this looks familiar... hehehe! this is the reason why we never ride the trails in daanghari during the rainy season. that mud sure love our tires. i hope there are at least 3 to 4 sunny days prior to the race or the participants are gonna have a hell of a time pushing their bikes.

We saw a lot of people doing some practice runs today. The race track is now rideable all the way. A few technical portions here and there, but all in all... it was fun!

I ride the track last sat. well everything is fine except for this portion that was cut by the pave ment and you have to hop on this gutter that for sure you'll gonna have a flat tire (i saw like 6 flats whoever make a mistake on that platform) i hope that the organizers will do something before the race for the safety of everybody....right sabak???well it's a nice race track.

suggest that each rider offer a dozen eggs. It's starting to rain all over again

You're right! Bikedaddy had a pinch flat on that part. But then you can have a flat tire anywhere along the track. Sdgryan suffered four flat tires last Sunday. Btw, Sabak is the organizer of this race.
