1.guimaras island would be no.1 on my list ;Dvery accesible from your hotel,a 10 min. pedal going to ortiz warf,20 min. boat ride to the island...and from there ,its a buffet of endless single track, asphalt road and barangay roads ;)uphill, downhill, rockies, fire roads...name it the place has it 2.bukari,if you're into uphill addiction :(15kms. of steep, unending uphill...very rewarding when you reach the top with its pine trees and baguio like atmosphere...and what comes up must come down ;D15kms. of super fast rocky downhill,my arms went numb its like using a jackhammer(masakit nga manamit )(25km drive from the city to the town of leon and 25km of pedal power all the way up to bukari(recommended)... or 50 km of pedal power from the city all the way up to bukari,if you think your'e iron man )
3.mt.dila dila, calinog.national downhill competition was held here thrice, for downhill bikes only ,2 kms. of steep(pwet sa rear tire), moist roots(i mean ROOTS) all the way down jungle trail.but the downside is,its a 65km drive from your hotel and almost an hour of uphill jungle climbing
4.paho trail,alimodian...minime of bukari
5.ajuy,were mountain meets the sea :D80km drive from the city breathtaking views and picture perfect scenery.rolling trails and dh runs are plenty in this place.
hope you could ride with us sir libag
the trailmaster has spoken...question: if the trailmaster is a DH guy...do we expect trails to be DH oriented? ;D
thanks for sharing waui...but the other points of interest you pointed out here, i still have to see it....paho, ajuy and more of the guimaras stuff....maybe the first thing ill gonna do is....start riding again ;D
