661 carbon , giro madmax2.... if its got a DOT SNELL sumthin it'll work well dsnt matter what brand.. just get the ones with a lot o vents and good inner pads... and of course the correct size.
Helmet rules: if you smashed it really hard once, you need to replace em'... Vents: if u cant breathe right, u cant think straight! hehehe

only for 2 k
good fit, size Large/ bulky heavy, motorcyle style chin strap.
3. 05 TLD carbon white flames

first i was using a Giro Switchblade for DH ride and comps but looking at the helmet construction itself, it doesn't really fit the conditions...
so i got a Protec full face with yellow flame design... this helmet is cool but i think i got the wrong size (it's a little smallr for my head), i got a hard time breathing (not because of smoking!) and my ear is hearing high decibel tones after a short ride...
so i traded it with a fellow rider and got an Azonic (blue), the helmet fits me well and basically improved my breathing.
stayed with it coz no budget to buy new helmet... any sponsors???
i'll bash my head down the trail how you like it wearing your sponsored (for me) full-face branded helmets! hehehehe!!!

Dot Snell - a standard for helmets. (e.g. ISO). if it contains this label it's good coz it passed the standards...
after a good ride. add a new sticker to your helmet.... Don't Smell!! - it is also a standard! hehehehe!!!

yes same too with helmets,
different brand different sizing,
just like Downhill frames darn, hehehehehehehe
got to fit it before buying.
some full face helmets like TLD have sizing pads (foam with adhesive) u stick inside the styrofoam for custom sizing.
not all heads are the same anyway.
