Alphajong is a great DH rider. Learning process is learned thru years of experienced. A great rider must get rid of fear. Fear will slow you in the course.

u been attacking these all technicalities of the course.......but during your ride some of ur body parts will get numb or sometimes a tendency of loosing control........but wheres your comfort zone when u riding ur bike in a fast downhill course.......
practice makes perfect but during competition sometimes your focus changes......

I think the bike geometry should be spot on to your riding style soy ou wont have to make too much abnormal movement riding it.
Basta avoid the trees ...Jong

U.S. Open burgers? hehehehhe

;Di will do this tuck in ride like rennie or do this copy how peaty pedals, or this is how kovarik jumps etc etc etc,
yah, u can copy your Dh idols if you want, even watch their run on vid and slow mo them and playback again and again, even 10,000 times 'til you burn your DVD literally.,
But wake up,..... before you go go,
That's them and it's not you u have different bodies....
(u this is u - jaworski)
ay, Reenie is using low rise and 29.5 inch wide handle bar....me too!..............., but youre only 5'2" nyaheheheheheheh
this is how peaty pedals.... copy his ride, but you have "rayuma"or knee injury or something....
this is how gracia back flips whoops! disgrasya.
Samy hill is using 36/38 teeth 165 crank arm, mee too mee too but youre still Sammy lagmay hehehe
they are pros they are conditioned it's their job and get paid they ride most of the time.
hey com'on
I.M.H.O. = go outside and dh and find and discover your own style that suits/comfortable with your body.
know wat works and wats not.
experiment!
there's no right or wrong in dh.
who knows some riders will copy you, and be their dh idol
example: when i grow up i want to ride like jong hehehehe
and that's better.
bye for now.

yes, I think so, the pro dh world cuppers is using custom geometry specifically for their body size and riding style, most of their inputs are used in the R and D department of their bike sponsor. You will see them riding Protos. like top tube length, bb height, wheel base, custom head angle etc etc... also bike company have different sizing from each other, their small frame is sometimes medium to others. not yet standardized up to now. That's why when changing bikes to a different brand sometimes it will not fit you. their small is really small or their medium is large etc. R and D dept. = RIDE AND DESTROY department hehehehehe example: PEPITO'S NEW custom 07 V10 (used to ride the white V10 large stocker) with carbon links. syet.

seriously?.... body position is a lot like making love to a woman.... when ur bike starts to loose balance, traction, tracking hey its a lot like bein on top.. u gotta shift ur weight front to back and side to side.. but with just the right amount of grip and looseness on limbs... just like catchin the last hump b4 givin her an orgasm...... THATS HOW U MAKE LOVE TO YOUR BIKE AT 70kph!

there are two basic positions in downhilling:
Doggie style = rider on rear of the bike, imagine your seat as your D_ _ K. and
Missionary style = rider on top of the bike, crouching, staying low
Buddy 121 is near RCBC makati? chicks is still the best ride than mtbike eh?
Hey I saw a sc V10/boxxer with FLAT BARS! at ridemonkey
talking about staying low hehehe

Find a relaxed position and practice high speed riding in that position in different conditions... cornerning, straight, steep, etc.
